I called the hotel in the morning to ask direction . They told me the can not revive us at hôtel the wille move us to another hotel . But I did not accept the new hotel then I report to trips.com . The trips Call back told that everything is ok then we went back to the hotel . But stills same problem (no hot shower) then the hotel told us will refund full amount . But they did report to trips that no show.!!! Be careful this is mafia business!

Location caratteristica al centro di noci La stanza ampia e comoda, dotata di tutti i confort. Il bagno dotato di doccia ma anche di vasca Lo staff è stato accogliente e cordiale Ci sono venuti incontro per un check in anticipato buona la pulizia

Ottima struttura completamente rinnovata con arredi nuovi e di qualità. Personale giovane forse non espertissimo ma cortese. Colazione da migliorare, la scelta era molto Limitata. Consiglio la suite con vasca idromassaggio e doppio lavandino.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Santarosa due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'hotel è bellissimo, pulito e curato nei dettagli. La stanza è molto comoda e completa di tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Si trova al centro del paesino di Noci, un posto davvero incantevole. Il valore aggiunto della struttura sono sicuramente le due titolari le quali sono a completa disposizione dei clienti e sempre pronte ad accogliere tutte le richieste. È palpabile la loro sincera volontà che i clienti stiano davvero bene. Super consigliato.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura, non essendo originari del posto, per trascorrere in famiglia le notti precedenti e successive al mio matrimonio. Anche in un'occasione emozionante e unica come questa, mi sono sentito e ci siamo sentiti a casa. La gentilezza delle signore Anna e Angelica fanno da contorno ad una struttura meravigliosa nel pieno centro storico di Noci (ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi), con camere ampie, luminose e pulite dotate di ogni particolare. Grazie infinite!

Camera stupenda e spaziosissima, noi avevamo la suite del monsignore buona per 4 persone.
Nuovi gli arredi ed il bagno.
Unica pecca la mancanza del parcheggio ma tutto sommato è facile trovare un posto per l'auto nelle vicinanze.
