1) Hotel Location was at worst Place. Surrounding having slum area 2) Too cozy and dirty surroundings. 3) Hotel Staff was unhygienic and non-qualified 4) Power Cut Off was very frequent 5) Breakfast was improper and shortage of food in breakfast happening on every day. 6) Towels and Napkins were too dirty. 7) The shower was not working properly and was not able to resolve the same. 8) Room service was worse. 9) Too many mosquitos 10) The rooms and their walls were too old and required maintenance. 11) Reception area seating was not proper, and Air Conditioner were not working 12) Restaurant staff fight with each other and impacting the service to customers. 13) Restaurant food was worse.

1. Small water bottle of 250 ml is provided 2. Poor customer service 3. Most of the breakfast items are not available after 9 am and staff tells that its over now. 4. Salty water in the washroom for taking bath. 5. Lazy and unprofessional receptionist.

This hotel is not recommended for comfort stay. 1. Dirty and outdated equipments
2. Food quality is worst
will never recommend the fern group for anyone. In fact they should return all my amount

Location was inside the lane and cab also will not enter into that small lane. Room was too small with no view at all. Food was average. Overall this is not the fern quality which they are providing other the fern chain.

This hotel was shutdown two day before my booking & i don't know why your team not informed to us regarding hotel had been closed. We had arranged other hotel in the emergency with high charges. This exercise is not acceptable & this is total your mistake.

I booked a suite but found a normal room(even smaller) with a living room. I booked here for the 2nd time and the suite is even worse than the normal room. Go to the normal room instead.
