The location was good as everything was convenient to reach, the malls, the metro and all the food joints. The hotel services was not good at all. It was not appropriately clean. The washroom had a tub which could not be drained out after use as the knob was damaged we had to call them to fix it. Toiletries were not well kept and sufficient had to keep calling them to provide some. The staff at resection and dinning both were not very pleasant to interact with. Overall we paid too much for an average hotel.

Stayed for a business trip. Connectivity to central delhi was good. Very close to metro station. Able to evade traffic. Spacious and well maintained rooms, courteous staffs.

Stay was good, booked a deluxe room for couple but they said only twin beds are available so i had to upgrade for club room
