Comfort stay. Near to business district. Can travel to Agra to visit Taj Mahal.

The hotel is very good and for me was an advantage that there is a fast food restaurant in the first floor. The service is very good, my only complain is about the location.

Very disgusting. The reception staff is rigid with no manners at all. The room service is pathetic. The staff is argumentative in nature which is very bad for this group of hotel. Room maintenance is very poor. Never to go back. Needs a complete revamp of culture and behavior.

This is an appropriate budget hotel for family with 3 star facility. Service is extremely good even and that compensate even if there is any limit in their resources.limited resources. Excellent Front Desk Assistance by Ms Shreya to take care of entire stay.

Manvi, Dinesh and Jagat are very nice people and very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and aesthetic. Breakfast is great, and so is the service. Swimming pool is relaxing. The hotel has a nice ambience. I enjoyed a lot. It was a memorable experience.

@Beni Prasad One of the best Hotel staff ever and honestly one of the best hotels I have ever witnessed or experienced in my life, right from room amenities to room service to toiletries providing to restaurant breakfast and dinner buffet menu to the top most priority thing - sweet, flexible and extremely polite and co-operate behaviour of the hotel staff of each department @Arvind Kumar, @Manoj Pathak, @Deepak and @Monu Sai These are all restaurant staff with extremely polite, cooperative, and responsible guys. I have honestly never seen people like them. They are all Himachali people mostly and trained with degree of Hotel Management.

Good breakfast, staff were happy to help and server, Nitya was excellent she assists with any information you might need, very good English and smily attitude . There is a swimming pool available on the 4th floor. The food was delicious with many options and good range of fresh fruits. Coffee is hot and they made me an omlette amazing I enjoyed the court yard and the cool air conditioner.

Had a very comfortable stay and the food is good too! Buffet breakfast has a huge spread with a lot of choices. All the staff are also very courteous and cheerful - a special mention to Shreya (Front Office) and Nitya (F&B). There was never a dull moment at the breakfast table with Nitya's cheerful conversation However, the only problem faced was : The room right in front of Room #214 was being constructed and there was a lot of drilling and hammering disturbing us. On informing Shreya she made sure it stopped. Suggest #214 should not be let out till the construction work is completed. The swimming pool was very inviting but there was no staff there, at any time. Being an outdoor pool it is a big water bath for all the pigeons that are drinking water from it!! That's fine as we should learn to live with nature (especially nowadays) but the problem is IN the water - the corners & bottom of the pool have pieces of pigeon's droppings. Regular cleaning is a MUST. All said & done, the overall experience was good. Please look into the points mentioned above to make the place even better!! Thank you

Room services are good and on time . Manvi and dinesh helped me for laundry and other room services. Nitya is very good in her work. Vinay and sherya at reception also very good in their field . Specially thanks to manvi to make my stay comfortable. ..
