Great place, nice big pool,clean rooms, great view especially from the 4th floor deck, nice bathrooms And full kitchen Friendly staff, close to all Would recommend and will be going back when ever I can When the restaurant opens it will be awsome

We stayed here on our first week and we loved it. It's clean, very friendly staff, just few minutes drive to Eagle Beach. St. Anne church English mass is available and close by. The top floor has an awesome view of the island.

We had a fantastic stay at this location! The rooms are nice, clean, and new. Davia at the front office is super terrific and helped us out a ton! It is also very close to all the beaches by car and the pool is heated :). SN---One suite has 2 rooms with a queen and king bed and a pull out sofa bed so, don't make the mistake that I did and get 2 of those suites if you do not need them. We are a family of 5 and only needed 1 suite but I accidentally got 2 not knowing how spacious it was.

I'd come to Aruba 30 times and never disappointed me. Except this place. The place looks great, but the a lack of service. No service is provided when you need it. They do the job incomplete and stuff don't speak English. No service was provided to turn the room or clean the room. You have to beg for everything that you need. There's nobody to assist you when you need something or if they do see them and asked for help they look busy and they forget you and never come back to assist you. Bed was never change since we get there for 10 days and I complain about and asked the front disk and promise me to do the service but never taken care off. Overall service this place is poor and I won't recommended to any one. It will disappoint your stay. Sorry but this place is a no go to stay.

The Aruba's Life Vacation Residences are part of the Best Western Hotels brand. The unit we had was a suite with two bedrooms and baths, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, and 2 flat-screen tvs (one in the sitting area and one in the master bedroom). the residences are located inland from Palm Beach, and a vehicle would probably be required since the bus service is several blocks away and does not go directly to Palm Beach. Taxi to/from Palm Beach would be $10 or $12. there are 2 medium-sized grocery stores about a 10 minute walk away, and a larger one about a 10 minute drive away. The unit was very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no daily housekeeping, and if you want daily housekeeping there is a fee.There is a small gym adjacent to the pool with some weights and some new treadmills and aerobic equipment. The only problem we found was that if you turned the shower on fully, the hot water ran out very quickly. There can also be noise from the housekeeping staff talking in the outdoor hallway during the day.

I was on Aruba not for vacation but for a surgical procedure. It was a stressful and painful time for me. The hotel staff, all of them, particularly Surien at the front desk, were so very kind and thoughtful. They took care of everything for me and went over and above expectations to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I didn't have to worry about anything. Our unit was clean and bright, very easy to navigate, perfectly comfortable and the mattress was heavenly. Just what I needed for a relaxing wait before my surgery and pleasant recovery before returning home.

Overall, my Wife and I enjoyed our stay, this is a new condo hotel located in the heart of Noord most attractions are about 10 minutes away. So, you will need a vehicle. The room was very clean, and the onsite restaurant is good if you decide to eat in your room or at the side of the pool. The only issue we had was that you can only take a 3-minute shower before the hot water runs out. I thought it was 5 minutes, but my wife had me time her in the shower. The room only has a 6-gallon electric water tank. The size of the hot water tank should be increased to accommodate 6 people in the room. Due to the room capacity being 6 people. The staff was over all good except for the hot water issue. They acted like they were clueless. But we looked up review after we notice the issue one reviews states “Showers do get cold quickly”

I was on a Business trip and the accommodations were more than I expected. Clean rooms, Clean sheets, just an overall amazing place to stay. Their chef is one of the best cooks around. His Prime Rib steak is definitely a winner.
