Norco Hotels with Gym

This is a great hotel. Super clean, spacious and outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was just one great experience. And not only that, they are even going above and beyond any service I have experienced so far. We were there for the soccer tournament and by mistake the cleaning ladies took my sons jersey. But great service shows when somebody tries everything to help. Not only did they look for the jersey but they even mailed it to my home address. My son was so happy. Great job

The stay in itself was good, only issue was Saturday morning when we went to breakfast we had an issue with the waffle battery. While someone was using one of the spouts we tried using the other and it would not come out. Once the other spout was no longer in use the one we were using fell off and splattered the waffle mix all over my clothes. After grabbing the attendant they removed the batter mix. It would have been great if there were a washer and dryer to have cleaned my clothes after the incident

The hotel is very convenient and cost-effective.

Find us off I-15, in central Horsetown. Silverlakes Equestrian and Sports Park is two miles from our hotel. Pumpkin Rock Trail and Hidden Valley Golf Club are under four miles. Ontario International Airport ONT is within 20 minutes. The Naval Sea Systems Command Warfare Center is a mile away. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and our fitness center.
