Hotel environment: very new, only opened in 2018, all facilities are very new and clean, the lobby has a public internet area, gym and a mini swimming pool (suitable for children). English breakfast is served free of charge, not very rich, but it's OK. There is an outlet 11 minutes away from the hotel, which can satisfy everyone's shopping needs. Uber is also very convenient in the past. Although it's a half-hour drive from Newton, it's a little bit, but the price is very high. The business hotel managed by Hilton is still very guaranteed! Room: The toilet facilities are very new and clean, with shower gel and shampoo supply, iron and hair dryer available. Please bring your own if you don’t have slippers (a North American hotel feature). The room we booked also has a simple kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, cutlery, tea cups, plates are provided. There are two 1.5-meter beds and a sofa bed in the room, enough for 5 people (for six adults, the sofa bed is a bit crowded. The sofa bed is only about 1.2 meters), the carpets and curtains are very new, and the air conditioning is also very new because of North America The hotel is basically window-type without a split body, the air conditioner is very noisy and loud after a long time, and it is impossible to sleep with the heating or air-conditioning all night. Ann at the front desk is the best employee at front desk! This hotel is the best! The service is exceptional. I am always so happy with the service and price. The breakfast is also amazing. They also offer free breakfast. Parking is also free. Very close to the highway. Best hotel in Walpole.

In the room on the first night, the air conditioner made a loud noise when operating. The control switch only had automatic and manual, and only had two levels of adjustment. I have never stayed in a hotel room with such a loud air conditioner. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, I was very disappointed. We were simply upgraded to a room with a separate bed and sofa bed, but the air conditioner was still noisy, just not as loud as the one in the room on the first night. The service at the counter is good, the parking lot is free, and there are shopping malls nearby.

We occupied two rooms for my second stay at this hotel. I find this hotel to be quieter than others. The hotel staff are all so kind, patient, and accommodating. They really want your stay to be great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is a good selection of restaurants in the area and it is a very short ride to Newton-Wellesley Hospital, if you are in the area for medical appointments. We will definitely stay there on subsequent visits to the area!

Me, my wife and 15 year old stayed here for one night for the Dead and company concert at Fenway. This hotel was only 1.2 miles from the park. It's a great hotel! Clean, quiet and very nice front desk. Parking is 40 bucks a night, but free on the street for handycap parking only. You can grab an uber to Fenway for 10 bucks,nor take the trolly. But you need to purchase a CharlieCard to ride the trolly. Also, we walked back to the hotel after Fenway and it took 20 minutes. Would highly recommend for a night or more. Pricey, but all hotels in Boston are high priced in summer.

All service from check in, to complimentary breakfast, to shuttle service within area to directions to local sites were of the highest quality. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to others. Shuttle service provided to and from Logan Express within the Braintree area. Logan Express takes you to and from airport.

After a really long day of travel I got to the hotel and was greeted by Breanna at the front desk. She gave me what I can call the initial hotel greeting, asking about day, flight and the rest. She was very polite and courteous and had a smile the whole time. I go to my room and kinda settle in then decide to grab some food nearby. When I came back a couple hours later, Breanna saw me and was all smiles and very welcoming even remembering my name. Probably the best greeting I have had in a long time. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Will be using it again when I am in town. Thank you

What a beautiful and clean hotel, we had to drop off our daughter who is attending Boston College as a freshman and everything close to the college was sold out. When we arrived Margaret-Anne & Christian were at the desk they were very friendly, professional and extremely pleasant during the process. Margaret-Anne print out suggestions for beaches in the area which by the way we ended up going to the 2 she suggested. Revere & Scusset Beach it was amazing. Thank you for making this process a very amazing experience. We will be back soon

I was treated like an ***** by the girl at the front desk when I asked why the pool wasn't open she said it wasn't open until after memorial day, when I questioned this and said it wasn't on the website she mumbled something about it had to be over 60 degrees and considering it was over 70 outside it was a poor excuse..I told her I had booked the hotel because it had a pool and she looked at me like I was completely stupid! Sorry but I've came a long way from Ireland and spent a lot of money to get here to be treated like an ***** by someone half my age. I demanded a refund (which hasn't went into the bank yet by the way) and she said she couldn't authorise one and phone on Monday- I told her I wasn't moving until she found me someone who could. Miraculously after talking to her general manager she said she was authorising one. I wasn't the only paying guest asking about the pool too, while I was there 2 girls came over and asked could they not even sit outside at the pool and were told no. Ridiculous they can get away with this. I would steer clear ,the staff clearly have no customer service experience- the guy on the front desk at check in was borderline rude too - he hardly even spoke or lifted his head. STAY ELSEWHERE
