The room is a bit old, but it is quite comfortable and the facilities are OK. The breakfast is ok, but it lost its flavor after staying for three days.

Stayed at this location upon traveling through on vacation, mainly due to it's location (which actually was near a busy highway and very difficult to navigate around), upon checking in we were received by an incompetent and rude employee (which come to find out, they all are here), we were told the pool is open (but it wasn't and was closed to being unsanitary), the elevator had a smashed up door on the inside and made a loud clanking when operating, the door the room would inconsistently lock and unlock and sometimes couldn't get it to unlock especially trying to close the door, the breakfast was cold and empty, the interior of the room had peeling decor due to the humidity and air conditioning hardly worked, all the issues were reported and employees were very rude and unsympathetic, avoid this hotel and the name at that, it's not a family friendly, convenient and very dated hotel

Hotel was great. Was told breakfast was from 630-10am with a waffle station and omelet station. Got to breakfast at 8:50am Was refused a waffle at 8:52 when questioning the lady working it she rudely said we close this one hour before breakfast is over. I looked at my phone and said well it’s 8:52 so I should be able to get a waffle for another 8 mins. She then explained they closed it 10 mins before it “actually” closed. No customer service at all and if breakfast is advertised until 10, you should be able to get it until then!!!

I want to say thank you for having Shannon, who was excellent & LaNeshia who did such a wonderful job. I appreciated the friendly, professional & kindness of them all. Felicity, also was a chip off the old block with the same warm attitude. All my family spoke highly of the staff· We enjoyed and will be back. Thank you all.

Room 627 has an area on the ceiling when you first walk in that looks like water damage. Also there is a long crack on the shower tile that looks like someone tried to repair but it makes the wall look unsightly. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
