It was nice place to be in, with very good stuff , they were happy to help and to make my tripe better.

The room is quite big, the breakfast is good, and the environment is clean.

We only stayed for 5 hours as we arrived very late, but all was nice and clean. Rooms were compact but still very comfortable.

The information on ********** was incorrect! Me and my father specifically chose this hotel and room for largely two reasons. First of all because the Double Room Deluxe was supposed to have both a double bed and a sofa bed. But upon arrival there was no sofa bed, not even a regular sofa...! And it wasn't the room type that was wrong, cause no rooms have sofas... However the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a family room, which has extra beds, so it was all solved very well. The second reason we chose this hotel was because it was supposed to have a spa area with several pools. But it turned out that this wasn't included in the room price, but something we would have had to pay extra to access (200 kr per person). This didn't say anywhere at all on **********, so this was a shock. And furthermore, during our stay one of the pools (the swimming pool) was broken and couldn't be used. They were still charging the full amount to access the area though...So they expect people to pay full price, to only use a part of the facility. No thanks! Other than this we had a good stay. Nice breakfast, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Good, central location. However very close to the railroad, so we could hear trains running all throughout the night.

Nicely located for the railway station and town and helpful, pleasant Staff. Room was excellent although "not the biggest" and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good but I must have missed that it finished early as this was one of my days off - but they were accommodating allowing me to finish in my own time. I also appreciated being able to stay in the Lobby using the WiFi (with the offer of a coffee) as I waited for my next train. A little thing to some but not all Hotels do this and it makes such a difference!

Everything was great except the staff was a little frosty... They acted like it was a big hassle every time I asked for something at the front desk. Maybe that's just normal for this part of Sweden? The pool area is nice but be advised it's not included in the hotel room price which is not stated on **********. Norrköping is really cute and I look forward to visiting again.

Väl emottagen, glad personal Dag/Natt. Rent och snyggt på rummet, toaltten var det lite långa hårstrån kvar efter städning. Det rummet saknade var luftkonditioneringen och en telefon att kunna ringa och medela eventuella fel eller om olyckan skulle vara framme. Rummet var väldigt varmt med tanke på att det var soligt ute så måste man kunna vistas i rummet.

The room we had got quite warm at night and we had to open the window to let cool air in. The window was overlooking a yard that looked like it was under construction and as such quite dusty, I was a bit concerned that the dust would blow into the room. Also the noise of trains going by outside an open window makes it hard to sleep soundly. The sink in the room has some white stain on it that would not wash away which didn't make me feel like the place was well cleaned. The ladies that run the reception and the breakfast tables were very helpful though and did a great job of making us feel welcome and helping us with dietary selections at breakfast.

It was good at all, but there are different informations on the web pages and the real service. For example the spa is not free, all of the wellness area is paid. They did not know about the packed food, what is also mentioned among the services. Otherwise i can recommend it.

One bed room for one person. Clean enough, kind of smallish room and the bathroom with shower was a bit cramped. The music from the reception and the closed restaurant area play loud enough and long enough into the night to be disturbing. Possible future stays will require larger room that have a desk for getting some work.

Room was small but good, big TV with a lot of channels. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Put up the sign asking for my room to be cleaned at 10.30 am but came back in the evening and it was not cleaned. Breakfast was so-so. Dry pancakes, and no salt or pepper in the scrambled eggs. The whole breakfast buffet looked bland. I mean, color wise it looked like it was a couple of days old in the fridge. The Spa was really good! Jacuzzi, pool, cold small pool. Sauna, steam sauna (was off) and two massage chairs.
