I flew to Toronto, Canada with my friends from Hong Kong. This is the third hotel. The hotel facilities are average. The room is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay. The front desk staff are very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is average. There are not many varieties. I personally think the price-performance ratio is OK. I will stay here next time and recommend it to relatives and friends around [strong]

We should have read previous reviews. For the price, it was a rip off! We had no heat for starters, needs updating badly. The TV was analog!!! Grainy, surprised I didn't see rabbit ears on top of the small tv. The pool and hot tub were out of the 70s. The hot tub was hot but the jets barely worked? I was told my rate will be reduced $20...we'll see? The breakfast was about the best thing we experienced. The owner needs to look after this place.

Check in was quick and was quick and easy. I have two minor complaints. The bed was super hard. Ok for one night, but if I was staying multiple nights this would have been an issue. Also, if you have heavy or multiple luggage, there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues you will have trouble getting to the 2nd floor.

TV did not work properly. Two remotes to make it function and blurry. paint chipped. could use an update. pool cool and a little dirty, hot tub not up to par. beds were comfortable, convenient to vehicle. breakfast could have used real eggs or omelets and possibly alternative meat

The members were nice and helpful. I had zero issues with this hotel. I highly recommend this place if you have pets too.

Great value, love our room and the front desk gal was just so absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I'd hire her for my business!

Over all I had a good time. But when I took a shower there was no hot water. But the good thing I was able to book in early and charge my room.

Had to wait when I arrived for almost 20 minutes to check in. And the noise at 7am was crazy could not sleep. Not a great experience unfortunately. Will never stay again .

Had a problem with t v the gentleman at the desk tried to get it working even brought another one to replace it turned out to be cable issue , he said no problem sir I will give a room across the hall , don't worry about it . That is what I call great service

Reasonable rates for when you are travellling from point A to B. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast included and was a hot breakfast. Very friendly staff. Daughtrt got stuck in bathroom. They got her out quickly and we all had a good laugh. Only negative was the ladies stocking found by the kids (of course) under the bed. I bet someone was looking for that.

Room was clean. Pool was cold. Breakfast was good the next day. Lots of variety

It was mediocre at best. Very outdated, no heat in in the room when arriving and it was -20 outside! Only 2 outlet's to recharge devices in the room. Snow removal was terrible for the bottom floor to access your vehicle. Cheap for a reason. Pay for what you get I guess.

Room need updating and access door other than front desk don’t work with access card
