The pool wasnt that clean and the hot tub was broken. Everything else was clean. The air conditioner in our room wasnt working but they moved us with no hassle.

Management should do better There was a unfortunate water main breakage which happens. They sent out communications that water will be cut off around 10:00 p.m. that evening I arrived to my room roughly around 9:30 so that's fine. I saw the page. I didn't panic or anything because I knew I had plenty of time to use the bathroom and take a shower. Unfortunately, as soon as I finish using the bathroom I went to flush the toilet and the water was able to flush because there was some in the tank. However, when I went to go wash my hands there was no water very unfortunately. Luckily for me I had hand sanitizer and some of my drinking water available that I was able to mix in a bowl with soap to help clean myself up. It was very inconvenient and also it shortened my drinking water supply. Understand things happen especially with maintenance so I ain't want to talk to the front desk and they were sorry for my inconvenience. So far so good. The next day when I was checking out I went to talk to the manager so I can have a partial refund for the night or at least some kind of significant gesture of the major inconvenience and I received the equivalent according to their words of an eighth of a stay in points. Not even the night or a day or even a personal apology as the general manager was communicating to me through the front desk associate although they were just literally a room apart. Not the kind of management style that I like to see as someone who's been an executive in IT for a long time.

Excellent service! Thank you Bassim and Eddie for taking care of us at 2am and a good night sleep. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Nice set up for breakfast in the morning and good coffee. Nice couch and kitchen in suite. Nice clean hot shower.

It was absolutely wonderful!! Breakfast was great everyday! We loved the set up of the room - bedroom was separate from living room space so we didn’t disturb each other if someone was still asleep. TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Kitchen area was great. The only drawback was the island for dining. You could not sit comfortably at the island because there was no place to put your feet. Your feet were squished between the chair and the wall of the island. Hotel was very clean. Will absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is in the process of renovating and the renovations are beautiful. The furniture, bathroom, light fixtures and kitchen in the room are all visually appealing, new and modern. The breakfast buffet was abundant, delicious and organized thanks to Minerva. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue was the bed. I didn’t get a restful night because the bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable presumably because it is a new mattress.

Great bathrooms, great TV channel options, great free breakfast!
