My husband and I just love this place. The room was so clean and smelled so good. The beds ate out of this world the sheets are so soft and smell so clean. The front desk staff are awesome and very friendly. The manager he is very nice himself. We will definitely come back again.. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful stay..

I paid upfront when I booked but the hotel charge me again. Luckily i checked my card statement. Breakfast is good plenty of cold and hot foods.

Very modern and clean hotel. It has a small pool but it was nice. I’d recommend tru to all types of travelers.

Alas, so close to the airport, there is no shuttle bus. Stayed for two nights and decisively changed to Hilton.

the room was a decent size, so was the bathroom and above all the facility is very clean, easy access to highway and dining. The only negative no closet in the room so if we were staying for long, you cannot unpack but i will stay there again and again. Loved the breakfast included.

dirty toilet in the lobby and no toilet paper had to wait 15 min before somebody could help. only one per at the front desk checking in guest selling merchandise and attending to customer complaints like no hot water for tea had to wait till the staff had finish checking in the guest to refill the kettle. definitely need more than one person. tables in the room too small and no closets . I would give one or 2 star rating not going to stay at tru for that price

My second time at this hotel and I love it! Friendliness, easy check in, Colorful and fun lobby with a pool table, egg chairs, lounge and an area where you can read and/or work on your laptop!

A solid breakfast buffet for a hotel in this price tier. And the staff is incredibly responsive to serving the guests. We will be back.

The hotel itself was one the best budget hotels we've stayed at in a while. There was a pool table downstairs, board games and 2 swinging egg chairs for the kids to hang out and relax. There was also a outdoor pool and fitness center. The beds/pillows were comfy and the included breakfast was good. The automatic pancake maker was a hit and my son had lots of topping options to choose from! Rooms were clean and soap/shampoo/conditioner were of a higher quality than you'd typically see in this price point. We will definitely be staying here in the future on our next visit to Charleston!

Overall, the stay was great! I especially liked the pool 'table, unfortunately I didn't get to play. The only thing I didn't like was no juice with the breakfast and not having a microwave in the room.

Do not like booking with *******, so tried booking with Hilton Honors --prices gace were 40.00 higher per night! What good is Hilton Honors will definitely consider other Hotel options than Hilton. Person talked to trying to book Hilton Honors was not knowledgeable, hard to understand and not much help. Like when I booked for Savannah was told Hotel in walking distance and area festival was being held --took around 25 min to drive. Girl check in was none too friendly. Room very small. Desk in room too small to use. Very cramped. No coffee maker. Staying Tru mistake.

When my mother and I are in Charleston, this is the only hotel that we will stay in. It is always clean, it smells good, the staff are friendly, professional, and accomodating. I like tge location because it is right off the highway and it is easy access to a lot of places.

My problem was not the hotel. My problem is you, Expedia/travelocity. I needed a room cancellation for reasons I had no control, namely my original flight was delayed long enough so I couldn’t make my connecting flight. I ended up in charlotte not Charleston. Despite using a real phone number to try to reach you to cancer my hotel in Charleston, I wasted an hour on one of your endless loops. I won’t be booking through you again.
