What a cool hotel. Very “New Hampshire” theme, rooms were nice, sizable patio, and everything worked. Hotel staff was incredible, friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. This isn’t the Ritz, but was perfect for our family trip. Right on the main road in North Conway, close to all the restarts and downtown.

With the terrible late-season snow storm, our condo had no heat and electric for 4 days. We stayed at the North Conway Mountain Inn for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had heat that worked, a bed, and a shower -- we were happy! The good: - The views are stunning. - Bed was comfortable with the added perk: Waking up to that view right from the bed! - Private balconies overlooking the mountains were great (but too cold to use in April) - Staff was welcoming and helpful. For this alone, I moved the rating from a 3 to 4 star. - Room was clean and all things were in working order (TV, lights, heat, etc) Areas of improvement: - The facility itself is a tad dated with thin walls/ceiling. I was woken up several times during the night by thumping above us and I am usually a sound sleeper. - Updates to the decor and bedding would definitely perk things up. - No breakfast.

Had to clean spot off toilet seat. Rest of the room was clean and neat but a little dusty.
Place is a bit dated, could use some remodeling, like fresh coat of paint, and replacing bent bathroom blinds with shade and curtains.
Bed was very comfortable, which after all the traveling I have done was a very big surprise!
I definitely will consider staying there again as desk manager was exceptionally cordial and helpful, location is very convenient, price was fair for the region, and above noted items are only minor issues.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Lovely room with a view of the mountains. Very convenient location. Sparkling clean. Super friendly front desk staff. Great value. Highly recommended
