On a motorcycle trip with friends, got to our room with a broken AC. It was extremely hot in room. They knew about it and still gave us the room without telling us. Nobody on site to handle anything. Went to breakfast in the morning and the milk was expired in the fridge And the complementary bagels were hard as a rock. Called and spoke with someone who was very rude.

This place is like a motel. The cost exceeds the value. I paid 459.00 for one night. The bathroom is small. If you are plus size it wont work for you. The sink is in the bedroom. The fireplace did not work. The view was of someone’s trashy yard. The room smelled like mildew. no no don’t go. The refrigerator froze my food.

I booked accommodation and could not arrive due to medical condition. The owner had mistaken me she would waive any cancelation fees prior to cancelation but at real time she ignored me and charged me for the full cancelation fees. It felt dishonest.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was quite comfortable . We appreciated how quiet it wad considering the number of guests there. A special shout out to Hollie who went out of her way to make sure our room was in fine working order and even gave us her cell number in case there were any issues with the lock. We look forward to staying there again!

Clean, comfortable and charming. Staff isn’t always on-site, but they were communicative and easy to reach via text message. Would definitely recommend.

My room was changed 4 hours before my arrival. I was told due to renovations my original 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, wouldn't be available for another day. The suite never opened up. Having 2 dogs in one large bedroom made for an uncomfortable stay. Renovations made for a noisy stay. They didn't seem concerned.

The Alpine Lodge is a pleasant alternative to the largely "crustic" lodging options available in the area. Rooms are decent, and there is a nice fireplace out back. Check-in/check-out are 100% virtual, and while we didn't have any problems, several members of our group had issues with check-in/room access (resulting in one having to spend the night in his car). Good spot to access river rafting and Gore Mountain, but recommend that you triple check details and check-in early to avoid problems.
