This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. No elevator... ok...furniture dusty...ok... smelled like dirty mop water... ok..tub stained black...ok no shower... mirrors dirty...ok.... tissue holder was rusty.. toilet had a black ring in it...🤢...mold on pillows!!!! That's where I draw the line!!!!!! This place is ridiculous!!! They put me in another room.... everything the same...minus the dirty mop water smell and moldy pillows!!

The first thing that hit me this time when I walked into the hallway to the rooms was a strong smell of pot. I didn’t smell it when I got into my room but it was like someone was smoking right there in the hall.
However, I said something to the front desk person when I arrived about eating vegan and gluten free, and that limits what I can have for breakfast. Low and behold the cook in the morning had a plate of fried potatoes waiting for me. How wonderfully considerate of her.

The front desk woman ,Anna ,was one of the rudest people I have ever experienced. She did not greet anyone, answer any questions, nor even look up. Someone like that should not work in hospitality or customer service. The man in front of me asked her for directions to his room and she didn't even respond. Miserable woman

Hotel was average. Would never stay there again. Room was in old section of hotel that was like old motel with outside entrance to room. Very noisy from outside traffic both people in parking lot and walkways and roadway traffic.
Breakfast was minimalistic. Only thing good about breakfast was choice of OJ, apple juice an do cranberry juice that we not watered down. Breakfast was not ready at beginning of advertised time.

Carpet was sticky, needs updated badly, bathroom was small and sink was outside of the shower and toilet. Never took my shoes off. I would not recommend staying there for anything honestly, probably wouldn’t let my dogs stay there. Parking was not great either.
