Very comfortable stay. Staff were very alert and prompt in their services. Desmond is a very caring and helpful person. He takes personal interest in everything. My son had a small cut on his finger so we requested for dettol. Desmond came personally with the first aid kit and attended to him. To top it off, I found a large cockroach in my room, which I had to deal with in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was another major issue—it seemed like a relic from the '80s and couldn't keep up with the heat. The vents were filthy, and the switches were broken. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were genuinely helpful, especially Sharma, who assisted us until 2 AM. Their service was the silver lining in an otherwise disappointing stay.”

Owner of the property Mr. Asrar is very humble and soft spoken and very helpful in terms of guidance. Service in the property is very nice, well maintained.
