The price matches with the location. However, there was a n used tower leave in the room. The the key card system was down for a long time.

Check in from London to Oxford on May 25th. The reception didn't mention any precautions. Before going shopping on the morning of the 26th, we specifically asked the receptionist to record in writing the precautions for the cleaner to clean the room. When I returned to the hotel at 3pm, I was told that the room had not been cleaned and was promised that it would be cleaned in an hour. I returned to the hotel at 6 o'clock that day and was told that there was a lack of staff and no one was cleaning the room. If you can't even provide basic services, what's the point of running a hotel like this? The hotel staff did not inform us in advance. The good reviews online are all based on brushes. The sound insulation is also not good. There is a warehouse-like bar opposite. There are parties on weekend nights and disco music in the early morning. The windows are closed so loudly that the building shakes.

Turned up today check in as normal very friendly and efficient staff can’t do enough got in the room very clean and fresh came down to the restaurant was welcomed by carmelo who as always polite and welcoming food a table clean and tidy ordered our food service brilliant starter and main really lovely 👍well done to the chef

The staff are very friendly and amazingly helpful. Special note to Carmelo for his attention to detail and attentiveness to any requests made eg changing of the towels. Also the night staff being helpful and always available. Another member to note - Haris was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food has also been outstanding..

Another great stay in a Premier Inn. You know what you are getting when staying at a premier Inn. Quick and easy check in. Parking was at a near by multi storey, which was free. Clean rooms, with everything you would expect. Friendly staff. Great breakfast!

On arrival, it was evident that one of the lifts was not working, i was actually wrong and i believe 2 out of the 4 lifts were not working. Check in was a good experience - however on arriving to my room, I noticed a black substance on the bathroom ceiling and an overpowering smell of bleach - Mould. I requested a room clean to which I was told I would have to wait the following day, I also asked to move rooms - none available, for me this is a basic necessity of cleanliness. The following day the mould had been clean, but the cleaning substance was overpowering and therefore left me feeling nautious the following evening. Day 3 the experiece starting improving - but honestly not good enough in my mind. I did ask for the managers email to put a complaint in and to share the pictures I took - the receptionist wrote them down so badly, I was unable to read the email address - hopefully the hotel reach out, but the 2 staff members I spoke to didn't seem overly bothered.

Selected hotel for a business trip to Oxford. Upon arrival in my room discovered a strong damp-like smell which was very unpleasant. Although the receptionist arranged for the room to be fumigated fairly quickly, the smell returned causing us to endure an uncomfortable night. Having stayed at this hotel before for business trips, I was surprised that I had not been offered an alternative room or at least a compensation offer for reduced quality of stay. The hotel needs to get its act together if it is to retain the confidence of potential return customers.

Great staff for a group event on the Saturday night 26.10.24. Louise and her team did a great job looking after our family reunion.Food was excellent and the friendly service outstanding. We meet up every year and pick a different location each time.

The hotel is a bit lack lustre compared with other in the Chain. We were part of group of ten older patrons enjoying an after dinner drink and found the bar shut promptly at ten o’clock without any warning. Surely last orders is not a big ask. The hotel is fine but I would recommend looking off premises for a drink due to early closing.

Great location for Oxford and free parking. Staff very friendly. Restaurant area was nice and we did the meal and breakfast deal which is very good value for money. Rooms clean and comfy beds as we expect from a Premier Inn. There is a bus stop right outside for Oxford city centre. We used Royal Cars for the evening to taxi us into the high street and they were very efficient.

A great welcome & all the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The parking was really easy to find & the rooms were spot on. Thanks to Paula for the service at dinner & breakfast. The meal deal is worth it as you can have plenty of breakfast. Pastries, cereals, hot food and drinks. Would stay here again.

Recently stayed at Premier Inn and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the one who helped with our breakfast buffet, Aung. He was friendly and attentive and always there to help the guests. Overall, it was a very good short stay.

Popped in for a quiet breakfast, it was delicious and I can’t thank the staff enough! I was on my own and they made me feel so welcome! I think the person that served me was called Paula?? She couldn’t do enough for me - brought me juice coffee - what a treat! Recommend to anyone who just wants a nice quiet breakfast!

Very nice stay, clean and comfortable room. Lovely meal in the restaurant, good value for money. All the staff I encountered were helpful - particularly Paula who was very friendly and knowledgable about the local area. Oxford was beautiful, I would stay here again when I next visit the city.
