We booked 3 nights as a base whilst working in Hobart. Chose the 1 bedroom apartment so we could spread out a bit. This would have to be the most poorly and cheaply equipped room I have ever stayed in. Uncomfortable chairs and no lounge, hot and uncomfortable bed- so foamy you literally seep into it, bed sheets not big enough for the bed and could not be tucked under the mattress. All crockery from Kmart and like the bedside table so tiny it felt more like a child's cubby house. Electrical points were in for washing machine and tv in the bedroom but no appliances. Laundry on lower level but $5 a wash. Parking was charged additional $10 a day and carparks so tiny our 4WD struggled to fit into the allocated parking bays. On the positive it is in a great spot and the room was quiet but TBH couldn't wait to check out and get into a decent bed. Disappointed as we like to give the independents our business. We stayed in a boutique hotel in Launceston "The Verge" and it was outstanding. Live and learn - do think for the price they could do much better and will look elsewhere next time in Hobart.
