It was my first time living in this kind of apartment building, and the experience was terrible. There were no hotel service staff, and you needed to swipe your access card to enter and exit the apartment building and the elevator. One time I forgot to bring my access card with me, and no one swiped my card. The landlord also had no one on site to handle these things, so there was no way to get to the floor of the room. I almost had to sleep on the street. I will never live in this kind of apartment again!
