HORU Hotel Mangga Dua Square Reviews

Located near Mangga Dua Square. Currently named "Horu Hotel" instead of Neo Hotel. TransJakarta's Gunung Sahari Mangga Dua Timur is the nearest BRT stop. Room is clean.

Reception is fine. Housekeeping needs to improve immensely. Two out of the days I have stayed, I had to ask them to make up the room and communication as simple as refilling the coffee bags and shower soap has to be conveyed via reception. Security and quietness at the each floor lobby has to be enforced instead of allowing tenants let their children running and shouting and causing disturbance while we take our rest.

It was a comfortable stay but hotel is a little old. Can’t complain for the price of it. Staff is friendly.

Hotel was nice with smart tv where you can watch netflix&yt. The price was also lower than other hotels. However the cleanliness should be improved. Kitorang punya tandas lantai macam berminyak& air tersumbat. Tong sampah pulak busuk even kosong (means tak basuh) + supposedly letak plastik dalam tong sampah
