This is the best room I've stayed in on the Gold Coast. It's spacious, has a great environment, is quiet, and the service is excellent. Incredible value for money! It's the best choice for a business trip to Jakarta.

The room was a bit small, and the cleanliness was so-so. The neighborhood environment was nice, but that didn't really apply to the room itself. It's okay if you choose it for convenience or just to get a good night's sleep. The pillow was very dirty, but they changed it the next day after I told the landlord. I didn't like their communication style; they seemed to think they were too busy to deal with their customers.

The apartment is great value for money, with a high-quality swimming pool and gym. The rooms are fully equipped, facing the sea with a great view. The host is very welcoming and helpful, readily assisting with any minor issues. I've already arranged with the host to use this place again for my next business trip.

The landlord was nice, and the place was very convenient. There were restaurants nearby, a white sand beach where you could relax all day, and a new Chinatown, Panzolan Plaza.
