Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA PLUIT CITYGATE by IHG

Great area, close to the toll road for easy access everywhere. Also very easy to get to Emporium Mall. Highly recommend staying here.

The lobby is on the 10th floor, accessible by elevator, and you need to swipe your key card again at the lobby to take another elevator up to the rooms, which provides good security. The room size is just right. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and a side door on the first floor allows direct access to the mall with a room card, which is quite convenient. There is a large supermarket on the basement level of the mall, perfect for picking up supplies. The breakfast options are a bit limited, but enough to fill you up. The guests are predominantly from Indonesia.

The hotel is a reasonable distance from the airport, and the rooms are very quiet. It's also very convenient for dining and shopping. A major draw for staying here is the delicious Chinese restaurant located within the mall, which is perfect for Chinese palates.

The hygiene was very subpar, the kettle was dirty, far below Holiday Inn standards. The facilities were old, and while the room was quite large, the hygiene was just very, very average. Breakfast was also just okay.

Great location, with a mall downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again next trip.

The room was okay, but the hotel is quite old. The air conditioning unit was leaking, but the mall downstairs was very convenient. Breakfast was alright, nothing special, but they had noodles, which was a plus.
