Location is good, easy to move around. Next to shopping mall. Easy access to airport. Room abit small. Breakfast not much variety.

Always satisfied with this hotel and same building with emporium mall so can shopping and easy to get food

Decent hotel with basic amenities.. Next to mall so it's very convenient. But bit old so the hotel room reek a mouldy smell. Bedsheets not the purest white but for a short stay it's fine.

Repeated stay, very convenient location next to Emporium shopping mall. Breakfast is chaotic though, too many guests in small breakfast area, not enough tables to cater to every guest.

The shower head with issue, told staff to fix , they did adjust a bit, but doesn’t use, the part has issue aldy.

I couldn’t compare with other hotels, but the air quality in this hotel is fine. It’s near the ocean Floyd area with next big mall in Office . Easy to taxi there two big shopping centers nearby gym is small but location is OK. There’s within 2 km radius good amenities food high-quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easily sold out and priced very pricey over the weekend 

Great hotel to stay. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Just that I don’t really like the oil stench of the dining area during breakfast.

Generally, this hotel is good, considering the room is clean and well maintained. However, the breakfast spread should be improved to offer more selection.

Firstly, the good. Located right beside the mall. Tons of restaurants and cafe variety there. Easy to get a taxi outside the hotel. Staff were friendly. The bad.... Booked 3 rooms, all 3 had different problems. Room 1, low water pressure but very cold Aircon. Room 2, Aircon wasn't cool and there was no warm water in the shower. Room 3, Aircon wasn't cool. Breakfast buffet variety was decent but the taste wasn't decent at all. Would I return? Nope.

I've been staying at this hotel whenever I travelled to Jakarta, the location is convenient to where my office is located, near to lots of amenities. Overall, the staffs are quite friendly however during my last trip the experience wasn't very pleasant. I stayed there for 4d3n, yet the toilet roll was never once replenished even after I notified the front desk. It isn't a big issue but do wish they can improve on this.

Easily access to the mall and very convenient location.
