Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL EXPO by IHG

I'm really disappointed because my flight was canceled, and they refused to offer any commercial gesture or modify my reservation… They weren't understanding and wouldn't cancel it. Too bad for me.

Attended an exhibition. Flew from Vietnam to Indonesia, which took about 3 hours. The staff service was decent, and English communication was not an issue. There weren't many dining options around, and the area felt a bit deserted.

The service was quite good. However, when checking in at 3 PM, I still had to wait. There was a good variety of food.

It's pretty good for a stay. It's close to everything, especially during the PRJ event. You can just walk to Gate G without queuing. It's also close to Ancol, ITC, and Istiqlal – very strategic! However, upon entering the restaurant for breakfast, my kids were asked to pay IDR 90,000 per child. I then showed them in the app that children under 10 eat for FREE, and only then were they allowed in. Hmm... The reason given was 'high season'. But a big thank you to the wise hotel MANAGER who allowed us into the restaurant. (Because I insisted on showing the app, haha!) Oh, and if you stay during the PRJ event, you might even run into artists who are performing, as many of them tend to stay at this hotel. I actually bumped into Tresno from Type-X!

The location is super strategic, very close to Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran. The room is clean and the AC is cold.

Maybe it was because of the PRJ event, so it was crowded. However, I could still get some sleep as my room was in the corner near the elevator, so it only shared a wall with one other room. Breakfast was okay, but if it gets too crowded, it's hard to find a seat. Hopefully, things will be better in the future.

Good and clean hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here... I'd definitely come back again...
