Best!!!

An interesting place to choose to stay in the Ancol area. Free bicycles are used to get around the hotel. May not be taken to areas outside the hotel. Includes free Ancol entrance ticket according to room capacity. The view from the swimming pool is quite good.

My mother and I were quite amazed because it was a cottage that was quite old but still well maintained inside and in its surroundings, I stayed on the executive floor at the base of Kakap cottage

The environment is very good, but the service is very irritating. Because the hotel is on the island, there is an urgent need to seek help from the front desk, but no one answered after making five calls. After answering, she acted like a baby, and her tone was deliberately weak, which made people very irritated. At the same time, it is very easy for mosquitoes to enter the room. There is a problem with the lock on the balcony at the back, and it is always locked. Generally speaking, it is not a good experience

I'm in room 128, Paris area. It was really shocking when I checked in. Initially, when coming from the reception desk to the room, we saw a shabby scene, fallen leaves all over the road but no cleaning. When checking in, the wifi was broken, the electricity was unstable, the floor was old and wooden, and there was dust in the corner of the house. Lots of mosquitoes. The balcony going to the beach is very messy and not clean. The refrigerator used was extremely old, the toilet broke when flushed, and the bathtub was unusable.

Masya Allah, the cottage is complete, you can play bicycles, play basketball, playground, swimming pool is also very clean, the view is directly to the beach. The drawback is that inside the cottage you can't play on the beach.. So if you want to go to the beach to play sand and waves you have to get out of Ancol mermaid first Thank God, barakallahu too, because I once refunded a trip.com hotel room, gave a bonus coin worth almost 550 thousand, so I added 188 thousand to be able to stay at Ancol mermaid. Good view, good, okay, for watching social dissns, how about it?

Got room in cakalang bit outdated and bathroom not really clean,but room spacious with 2 floor. Kids really enjoy the play ground,,swimming pool (unfortunately kids pirate swimming pool was close that time),hard to get food after 8 pm because surounding restaurant close.better have dinner before that time,,breakfast was good,most of the food are cold but the view from restaurant really nice in the morning.

Everything is out of my expectation. The price is too high for this kind of hospitality. First i stayed in Junior suite ubur ubur and belive me this place is so old, dirty, the sofa is torn apart so it gaves us pain while we sitt on it. The bathtub is clogged and it takes 1 hour to take down the water. The bathroom floor is oily and stinky. And the wifi didn’t work. After that i asked the staff if i can get another room. They asked me and my family to packes up our stuff and they will be there to pick us up immidiately. We wait more than 45 minutes and they never arrived until we have to call 3 times. And one thing that makes me more dissapointed that they said they have to pray first and it takes time!!!!. 45 minutes to pray is a hell long time and they cannot made it as an excuse when they work in a hospitality and service. After 50 mins waiting finally we’ve been transported to another cottage Lumba lumba. And still the room is old, windows are dusty, insects everywhere, trash on the front of the backyard and the bathrom is a nightmare. They serve a dispenser in the kitchen room and the refrigerator smells so i had to think twice to store my food on it. The pool is green and dirty. That will be my first and the last stayed on this place. Will never ever come back.
