Super peaceful and tranquil getaway in Gili Trawangan! I rated 5* for the location assuming you really want to get away from the crowd, otherwise it’s kinda far from the ferry terminal. Room was lovely, staff very friendly and breakfast was tasty and awesome, a wide spread to choose from if included in your stay. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for somewhere chill and quiet.

Wonderful hotel!!! Beautiful sunsets, located far from the port, but worth it. Deserted, secluded! Attentive staff, very helpful! Breakfast a la carte, very tasty! I booked a room with access to the pool - it was incredible! I'll be back again! Great stay!

We stay in this hotel for 4 days and all was perfect. The staff are incredible kind and nice and the room and all the facilities are awesome. The breakfast included it’s so good. The turtle point it’s just at 15 minutes by bicycle. Looking forward to return soon.

Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und auch das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Vor allem die zusätzliche tägliche Smothiebowl hat uns gefallen.
Leider fanden wir das Personal nicht besonders herzlich und etwas aufgesetzt. Zudem waren die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche nicht besonders sauber. Ebenfalls wird am Nachmittag Tee und Snacks im öffentlichen Bereich angeboten. Obwohl kein Gast sich hier bediente wurde uns ein Tee verwehrt, da dies nur für die Pool Villen verfügbar ist. Da es sich bei Beuteltee um minimale Kosten für das Hotel handelt, fanden wir dies nicht kundenorientiert. Die Preise für dieses Hotel sind einfach vollkommen überteuert, für das was man bekommt. Bei spontaner Buchung kann eine Nacht hier schonmal 170€ kosten und das ist es nicht wert.

The second you arrive the ambience is peaceful and welcoming. The staff are just beautiful, super efficient and warm . The rooms are maintained well, super clean and the facilities great . A perfect stay . We did the the stay longer deal with all its perks. Friends stayed at cheaper hotels but by the time they paid for all the extras ( our perks) they ended up paying more. Stay here !

Everything was perfect Good hospitality The team was amazing. The food was amazing. I like the concept of the bathroom. It was really amazing. It’s clean and good Iration vibes at night very good. good Internet connection Highly recommended
