Upon checkin the front desk was unhelpful. When we got to the property, the cleaning people were still cleaning at 5pm. We had to leave and come back so they could finish after driving 3 hours. When we finally got in the condo, there was a used bandaid, a broken fingernail, dirt on the floor, broken stools, stained night stands and the noise was awful from the bridge. We contacted the property owner to make her aware of the issues but the only response was the previous renters may have left late. Exactly 4 weeks later, an exterminator confirmed we have a 4 week old BED BUG INFESTATION in our home. Again, I contacted the property owner. Her only response was that they get pest treatments and basically rejected any suggestion that it is indeed their property that the bed bugs came from. $900 later, our home is hopefully bed bug free. I did ask for a partial refund to help cover the cost, at least the cleaning and linen fees. But again the property owner would not accept any responsibility. Beware and rent at your own risk!!!
