Another vacation over and so sad to say goodbye, but we leave with great memories. We look forward to returning next year to our favorite place to stay. Great amenities, friendly staff and a well kept facility. We especially enjoyed checking out movies and watching them in our room at night. Thanks for making our stay great!

Receptionists were warm welcoming. Upon arrival, we realized that being on the 14th floor was too high up for my family and I. Trudy was exceptional at working with us to ensure we would be comfortable during our stay. She went above and beyond to find a different room on a lower level.

Poor customer service, and while the website showcases stunning images of the resorts, the actual experience doesn't quite measure up, I reported the issue, but the supervisor seemed indifferent to my concerns. parking spots are to tight.

They treat me like family. Remembering me when I visit means a lot. Amenities are great. Rooms are great . Very good prices. Great location. They really care about your stay always texting to see if you need anything. The Mobil check in check out is handy too.

This resort is 5 star, if it had a restaurant/bar it would be 6 stars. Our stay started off bumpy no thanks to Capital Vacations(warning don’t buy this). Seaside is absolutely lovely. Our room was 3 bedrooms with a panoramic view. The room was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms absolutely beautiful! I want to especially thank Ms. Trudy and Ms. Brenna for making our stay the most enjoyable vacation experience! They helped us in dealing with Capital Vacations, who we own a timeshare with. I cannot say enough stay away from Capital Vacation Club. Seaside THANK YOU!!!

Seaside Resort was very nice. We loved the ocean front condo we were in; both of the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. Jackie and all the staff we interacted with during our stay was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was perfect for us (3 adults and a teenager). The sea view was gorgeous. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, special thanks to Jackie😊. The pools and hot tubs were also great and very relaxing. We definitely recommend the Seaside!

It was such a beautiful experience. The hotel was clean and well kept. Overlooking the ocean and in the middle of everything. The parking spots are a little tight. But, it was spacious, and we had a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. We love the jacuzzi tubs, and the indoor/outdoor pools. staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10 will be going again.

There are so many other options other than the Seaside Resort, so go elsewhere. This should not be called a resort. It's a glorified hotel. Issues...parking. Absolutely terrible. Small spaces. You can hardly get in/out of your vehicle. Tight, can hardly turn in the garage. One night, found 1 spot open. And, the open lot across the street where you can park was full. How can you have more guest vehicles than spots? If you need service after 1100pm forget it...everyone leaves. No area to spray the sand off your feet when leaving the beach. No area to load/unload your vehicle without going up/down the parking garage ramp. Tile flooring in the room...grout needs cleaned. Needs updating. After you flush the toilet, it runs for minutes, several minutes. For the money they charge, I expected much better. Will never return to this location.
