Aloft Cleveland Airport

This hotel is located about a 15 minute drive from the airport. An unmarked white van with very little branding is used for the transportation, which is a little bit uncomfortable after arriving at the airport to get into a van and not 100% sure it’s taking you to the hotel.. the hotel itself is nice and modern with a small lobby with decent seating areas, a self service cafeteria as well as a sit down bar that is radio station themed. Hotel also has an indoor pool. The rooms themselves are large and modern with a open style layout where the bathroom does not have a door. It is just located behind the bed and if you are like me where you like to close the door and keep a light on in the bathroom for a small night light it is not possible as there is a frosted window right behind the bed which lights up the whole room. The room itself has very good air-conditioning comfortable beds and Wi-Fi. The front desk personnel are overly kind and helpful. This is a great option for those staying at the airport area.

Badly designed building that is very loud as you can hear several rooms most of the night.

Convenient with a shuttle from/to the airport. The hotel looked new. From lobby to the room everything looked clean. Didn’t have much time so brought food from the airport but didn’t look too many choices for food. Didn’t use but gym looked very nice. Appreciated the fridge and complementary water. Staff at the reception were very nice and professional.

Probably a good place to stay if you’re going to and from the airport. Not so great for a romantic getaway. Noisy, busy, people up and down halls all hours of the night.

Everything was great. Last day there was a frozen pipe broke and the lobby was flooded. No one's fault, just had wet shoes with freezing temps outside.

Nice place, convenient, clean, modern.

Modern and convenient location

Excellent staff. Building maintenance could use some help. For the price of the stay I was expecting a little more. Bathroom door wouldn't slide, door also falling apart where it hit counter, tile base falling off and sink drain looked like it had seen better days.

We lived our time here. Will definitely be back.
