The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location was good and there were restaurants within walking distance.
The room was clean and spacious. The view from the room was awesome and the blinds blocked out the sun very well.

Was not what was showed in the picture was completely under renovation and the room we got was unexceptional!! Very misleading

do yourself a favor and do not be fooled by the amenities this place is a dump. we checked in and back out in 15 minutes. The place was dirty and not well kept, hallways looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. They had a downpour and the water came in through the sliding door water all over. I do not understand how RCI can even list this place

Staff were outstanding, room was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay. Wish I remembered the women at the front desk she was amazing with all her help.

No help from Vacatia or the front desk when I called that I had an emergency and would not be able to use my week. Ask if the could rent it out or exchange for another week. I was given a run round to resolve this matter.

Not enough parking so if you are lucky enough to get a spot you better stay in it all week and not move or you will not have a spot when you get back. For the price of the room you would think a parking spot would be a given.. Also the towels and like sand paper. could use a little softner when laundered. The Cabana's were nice if you were lucky enough to get one. they say no saving but people did and some days I never seen a single person at the saved ones ! The full kitchen was a nice feature as well as cable tv.

booked last minute just for 2 nights but it was the best place we stayed the whole 2 weeks in florida the beach and swimming were perfect cabanas on the beach easy to get set myself up there for the whole day it was very relaxing

Great location, great price, great service. Beach access is amazing. The cabanas were wonderful. The front dest clerk, Denise was so friendly and nice.

Pass this up and you are crazy. This resort offers so much for its value. Upon check-in we were moved through the process fairly quickly which is nice when wanting to start your beach vacation. The resort is right on the beach which is so nice not having to track a distance down to the beach. All of the available amenities are amazing and we have already booked a second stay this summer. I was tempted to not write such a nice review as I'd like to keep this gem to myself.
