Always nice to stay at the resort. The rooms are really cute, clean and huge! The staff is excellent and the pool is also huge. No negatives to this place.

Our stay was brief due to flight delays. We want to come back and spend some time. We loved what we did experience. More than accommodating and kind.

What a find! We actually check out today but really don’t want to! A beautiful, immaculate small but friendly hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are huge and very tastefully done! You can tell it’s owned by a woman with an eye for detail! Lots of thought gone into the rooms and outside space. The decor in our room was perfect. Lots of room for hanging clothes and plenty of drawers. Even a fridge freezer and microwave. Air con was much appreciated too in the temperatures we experienced. Staff are very informative and friendly and this place is literally across the road from the beach. There’s bars and restaurants within walking distance if you want to leave the car but it’s also a 5 minute drive to Johns pass. Clearwater and St Pete’s are also within half hours drive so it really is a great location. Will be back! Thanks for a lovely stay. Also thanks for being kind enough to bag us some washing detergent on our last day!!! Small things matter!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at this property. The little details of fresh coffee in the front office, beach supplies that they loan out to the guests and just a general warm hospitable welcome is what makes this property a great place. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the island house resort, a real typical floridian motel with a great welcome! Perfect for families, great heated pool in the evening with nice music, coffee available and toys for kids in the pool. Cosy atmosphere and large bedrooms nicely decorated (just the AC is a bit loud) The beach is right accross the street! Would love to come back :)

The only criticism I would have is the bed was a bit too hard my my taste. But to be honest that's a subjective critique. Overall a great stay.

Nicest people ever and a oerfect little get a way spot. Everyone working here is sooooo friendly and welcoming from the lovely ladies at the front desk to housekeeping and even maintenance walkng around. The pool is heated and the rooms are so clean. Love it here so much! Can’t wait to come back soon!! Thank you for such a pleasant experience again!!!
