A comfortable and wonderful experience. Good, polite and professional staff. They tried to provide what ever best is available at 9000ft. A special mention for Robin's and Renu's efforts to make our stay comfortable

It was really good experience to stay with summit .Staff is really cooperative. One thing which was lacking that there is no garbage bag in any dustbin. Overall exp is really good.Food is really good.Rabin Pranit are very cooperative.Sylvia is very friendly…

Summit Gangchen hotel is a very nice place in Lachen to stay. It has mountain facing rooms and amazing food. The staff is also really kind and nice. I totally recommend the stay at hotel summit Gangchen

Great location, yummy food. COZY Rooms, heated mattress, lovely staff, must try Khichdi over here, also they provided packed breakfast to carry ***** with us for early morning visit to Gurudogmar lake. Once again than All staff speedy Mr. Rabin.

We had an overnight stay at Summit Lachen. It is new property about 2 months old with about 60 rooms. The traveller's staying here are mostly enroute to Gurudongmar lake pr the likes so I guess mostly for transit passengers. Stay is basic, clean but can appreciate the point that Lachen is quite remote and brining stuff ( veggies ) etc would be tough. The rooms are basis but have electrically heated quilts as well as good geysers in bathroom which is a lifesaver as the evenings can be very cold here. If you plan to start early to Gurudongmar, then the hotel packs takeaway breakfast ( if breakfast is included infare). At least from the room we were allocated not much of a view. Dinner fare was average but no complaints.

Summit hotel (chain groups) are offering super rooms and delicious food . The hotels stuff are well trained and always ready to give comfort to guests with lovely smiles 😊 thank you !! If you want to explore Himalayas then would recommend to stay at summit hotels to relax and rest and good sleep after long car ride and exploring various incredible places of north Sikkim !!

We stayed with Summit throughout our visit to north Sikkim and it was a memorable experience. All Summit resort and hotel we stayed are located in beautiful prime locations. I am early bird and enjoy Sunrise and I watch beautiful sunrise on each day . Sun shining on snow early morning is beautiful to watch. Even moon rise was beautiful from clouds and mountain. Staff was very good an ready to help. Food was great but ocal food options were limited. My daughter enjoyed playroom in Swiss heritage Darjiling.
