The rooms are average and also they don't provide room heaters even during chilling winters
washrooms are clean, the food provided is very good quality.

We stayed at rufina blue pine in last week of dec22. The hotel is good for a nights stay. Suit rooms were spacious. The dinner consisted of homely and hot food. They even packed breakfast since we were to leave for gurudongmar lake early morning. The staff was friendly.

A well located hotel. A room heater is not provided which is indeed a necessity for any lachen travelers. Power backup is there. Food is awesome.

Near and clean rooms. Food is very nice. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay. There is no room heater allowed as per local govt regulations, however hotel provided additional blankets

It's not a bad option but lots of things need to be improved. It's very cold. They need to compulsorily have an electric blanket/room heater. Fireplace activation needs another 2000 rupees which was too much. And it did not even last the whole night. Food was good. Service timeliness needs to improve. Cleanliness needs huge improvement-the washroom toiletries were not even replaced and someone else's old used ones had been kept. Washroom wasn't even clean. Linens were most probably not washed

Room was very good for the price paid. Location is also good. Food was served hot and delicious. Overall good place to stay. They provide packed breakfast when proceeding early to gurudongmar.

The rooms were decent enough and the foods were amazing. The behavior of staffs were also good.

Had stay for one night, rooms were average. Bathroom hygiene maintained, host were cooperative. Food was not good but tea was good, we survived on tea only.
