We just spent a few days at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel in Coventry England. Michele and I were absolutely delighted and impressed with the level of hospitality and customer service that I felt compelled to write about our experience . From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay , we were provided with the most amazing service and had a wonderful experience with the beverage manager, Franklin, our waitress, Gowri, and our beverage controller, Aslam. My Wife and I had a one-night stay at Springfield House while attending the Gardeners World show at the NEC (3 miles down the road) we were delighted with our short stay; our room and bathroom were nipping clean and beautifully presented with nice furnishings setting a realy cosy and comfortable atmosphear. our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the whole property was beautifully presented both inside and out. our breakfast was all freshly cooked nice ang hot and very tasty. if we are very back in the area, we would look no further than Springfield House for our accommodation. excellent in every way.
