Well the staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful. I called them from the airport twice, first to request the hotel shuttle, then again because I couldn’t find the place they told me to meet. Both times I called they were very patient with me and helpful. When I arrived, I found I had made my reservation to the incorrect hotel. The manager patiently walked me through the process to cancel incorrect reservation, then helped me book their hotel through my Hilton Honors app. I did not have my phone charger, yet the young lady at the front desk let me use her personal charger. The shuttle to the airport was right on schedule. Absolutely will stay at this property again.
