The hotel part of this establishment is great, quick check in polite personnel, happy to help. Room was fine, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The restaurant for dinner was awful. The food was terrible, and expensive, a beer was £5.00 when the food came wow, so bad. Breakfast was fine, sausages a little odd, apart from that fresh cooked to order.

Stayed at several Premier Inns previously, and this was by far the best to date. The gentleman behind the bar, then breakfast next morning never stopped. All other staff were attentive , friendly and a credit to Premier Inn. Thanks for a great stay for myself and ex wife, who were visiting for an athletics event at Loughborough University. Definitely recommend this place and staff.

Only disappointment was that the drinks/bar closed at 10:00pm! (don’t know whether this is a general Premier Inn thing). Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Excellent service, room was perfect for the night. Booked last minute as staying nearby for a family party.

We chose this premier inn as it was near to a wedding reception we were attending. It was welcoming and we were very comfortable, always have a great nights sleep in their beds.

The bedroom was far too hot (28C at night) , it was not even a hot day (22C, no sunshine). You cannot open the window to get some fresh air in so basically you breath in stale air . We felt sick. Apparently it is a recurrent problem every summer and management is not interested to fix it, they just give you a fan which moves the stale air around. I cannot even imagine what it must be on a hot day... Staff was friendly and room was nice.

The hotel was selected primarily for "meet half way" location for a kind of small family reunion on a Sunday and Monday. . It was on a business park right next to the M42 which was fine. Prior communications, arrival, parking validation and check-in were fine, as were the rooms (save that the sink hot tap in the bathroom would not run more than tepid-warm) (shower was fine) but having booked a dinner and expecting to have a relaxed time afterwards over drinks in the bar, we were surprised to be told at 9pm on enquiring about another glass of wine with dessert that the bar had closed. Soon after, we were asked to vacate our table (we had enough time to finish our meal) as they needed to lock up. It was all a bit disappointing, we had to resort back to our rooms and sip room-tray coffee. This may only be an issue on Sunday evenings, though the place was busy enough. There appeared to be only two staff members running the bar and waiting. There should be large notices on and behind the bar, and reminders during your meal.

Nice hotel friendly staff and a good nights sleep Sadly my car bumper got a scratch on it overnight in the car park.

We visited overnight as we were attending our daughter’s graduation in Loughborough. It used to literally 20mins away on one straight road in. Even in rush hour it was a pleasant drive. The staff here are so friendly and when they heard about her graduation they placed a little congrats goody bag in the room. It was so thoughtful of them and made her face light up. Such a lovely thing to do. Would recommend this hotel. The pub next door was good too.
