We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and the place was very quiet and peaceful. The owners gave us some recommendations for dinner and it was only a 5 minute drive to the town center. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking to escape Perth for a weekend and spend some time outdoors.

A short drive out of the Main Street in an elevated position among new housing. Manor is a fitting name for this property with charming grounds and a beautiful view. The main room has high ceilings and charming decor, and the bathroom is modern and spacious. Good reverse-cycle system for comfort. Hosts were friendly and available via text.

Beautiful place, very clean with big rooms & king bed, ran by beautiful people who served with such big hearts. Will absolutely recommend anyone planning a trip to Northam. They knew i had no vehicle as i was only dropped off by a colleague but they went out of their way to provide a breakfast tray & include a dinner for me from their family barbecue. Thank you Marthieπ

A very warm and friendly Manor with well kept premises and gardens. We were amazed at the special treat of warm scones with jam and cream that awaited us when we reached. Rooms are excellent and the view is magnificent. Will definetely visit again.

Martine & Kobus were fantastic hosts! We couldnβt have hoped for more friendly or accommodating hosts at the venue. Our rooms were super clean and comfortable. Location was close to ballooning departure and the township: We highly recommend staying here whenever in Northam.

A very pleasant stay. Beautiful views, not the season for the pool but lovely gardens and hosts are very friendly. Room was a good size (havent tried others yet) plus the bed was devine and all amenities in room clean. Local taxi service only a call away. Was a local but now a visitor. I'll be back without a doubt

This place was perfect. Easy check-in. Wonderful view. The room had everything we needed. Thanks James and Kylie, we had a really great weekend. Pity it was too cool to have a dip in the incredible pool outside our door.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The visit was in winter and the hosts had set up the heating before arrival. The room was toasty warm , which was wonderful. Lots of parking in on off street setting. The establishment was secure and safe. Nice garden that was full of olives and fruit trees.

Lovely! Quiet luxury in every detail. Everything you could possibly want for a relaxing getaway. Just what we needed for our mini-break. A lovely base to explore the Avon Valley. We will certainly be back for a longer visit.

We had the king suite, the place was clean, spacious and a pool. The only comment I would make is that would have been nice if there was a sink in the kitchen. Other than that we would stay there again and would be one to choose. Also is very close to the town centre, very convenient.

A wonderful surprise. Delightful accommodation located on a hill overlooking Northam. Very clean with comfortable bed and conveniently located. Great shower and excellent towels and a well appointed kitchen. Hosts James and Kylie were vey welcoming.

Our room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and bath towels instead of small drying towel, was an added nice touch. The manor is also conveniently located to all amenities and tourist attractions

I stayed at this accomodation recently while attending training at Northam hospital. I found it Very clean and tidy modern accomodation. I was Greeted by very friendly and professional owners making me feel very safe and accomodating to any queries I had. Would definitely stay again.

Was a bit surprised when we arrived at Fairway Manor and had to double check we had the right address as it just looked like a suburban house. Little did we know that it was a hidden gem just down the driveway. James checked us in and was a friendly guy to chat with. Our room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy. Was nice to be able to sit and chill. Wish we had stayed longer after we had a quick look in Northam as it obviously has a lot to offer anyone interested in history. Highly recommend staying at Fairway Manor.
