The room was big and the bed was big and comfortable. The parking lot is spacious and the location is good. In addition to coffee, hot water and tea are available 24 hours a day, as well as toothpicks. Breakfast is slightly simple.

Room wasn't that well equipped for the money--no comfortable chairs, not much place to put luggage, and the premium channels on the TV were out of order. But the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was good.

Everything was comfortable and very nice. The only suggestion I would make is to put down a couple of area rugs in the rooms to break up the hard surfaces everywhere. You also notice every bit of sand on the hard floors if they aren’t fully and completely swept every day. Which is hard to do.

The room was freezing when we checked in and it took a while for the heat to kick in. The floor was sticky in spots although otherwise clean. It was quiet and comfortable.

We were making a quick trip to Amherst to visit UMass and our stay was easy and comfortable. We got there very late and it was an easy check-in. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We had to leave early and was pleasantly surprised that the Continental breakfast was set out before 8am and we were able to eat something before heading out! They had a lovely lovely spread with the usual bread items but also hard boiled eggs, avocado spread and yogurt. The best part was all the toppings! It made it feel much more special. They had coffees and teas and also a filtered water system so we refilled our bottle before checking out. Will definitely recommend!
