Well it's time to say goodbye and what a pleasant experience we had at that this quaint, charming, friendly comfortable and CLEAN hotel. The lobby area is so beautiful, and the huge glass windows have the most beautiful view of the creek and all the green around it...very peaceful. We were to say for 2 nights but extended twice while there. The staff was sooo nice, polite and helpful, Maria Paula, Quetzal, Indira, Ary to name few...all very professional. The restaurant Siena is an awesome spot, food and drinks on point. Come and stay at The Watershed!!!

There was a closet that wouldn't open and another locked door. There was no ironing board in the room and the lightening wasn't that great. Otherwise clean and the staff/girl at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very friendly. Yes they are under going construction and I was able to stay in a newly renovated room and it was spacious, clean, comfortable. More importantly love the updated bathroom and the shower was beyond hot, which I loved. I would stay there again.

Noise levels: directly across (500 ft) from the train tracks. If your room is located on the backside of the hotel, you will certainly hear train traffic intermittently. **Also important to note—other guests are CONSTANTLY slamming room entry doors. There is no delayed release mechanism on the room door and It is incredibly disturbing and extremely LOUD at all hours. NO exaggeration. Cleanliness: overall bathroom and room itself are clean and orderly. Dining: restaurant on site is quite good. Quality food. Staff: fairly responsive to guest needs.

Aesthetically, this hotel is really beautiful. Kudos to the interior designers! I was really impressed from the second we walked into the lobby. Unfortunately, that's where the pros of this hotel end. There were definitely some misses in the attention to detail - chipped paint, shoddy craftsmanship, etc. For a hotel that was recently renovated, I was surprised to see so many imperfections. The room was a fine size, as was the bathroom. But I will never understand having a panel for a shower door - not only do you spend your entire shower freezing, water gets everywhere outside the tub. So needless to say, the showering experience is a cold one, make it quick! Also, I'm all for the refillable shower gel and shampoo, but why aren't they refilled properly? We had an empty bottle of body wash. The train tracks are right behind the hotel, which is just an added annoyance. And then add in the room doors that SLAM shut, startled me every time, and kept me up the entire night. Please please please make your doors slow closing!! That was really miserable to listen to constantly. Also, please label the elevators - there were so many confused guests on how to get to the rooftop.

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. These are the important features for us when choosing a hotel therefore, this was a great stay! I just wish they had told us before we got there that they’re going through renovations and construction (but the place is starting to look very nice!) Also think the signage on the hotel should be lit to be more noticeable when people arrive at night.
