Norwich City Centre (Duke St)

Super convenient for the city center a short walk away, multistory carpark just a few metres away, the position of this hotel is excellent. For such a reasonable price, this hotel is super value for money. The staff are lovely and helpful. The room is spacious, super clean, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom even has a bath! With lots of towels. I visit Norwich a couple of times a year to visit family and am kicking myself for not staying here before, now I have found it, I will definitely be coming back.

Requested a room on the side of the hotel as quieter. It meant that I could do my business admin, plus have a good night's sleep. Staff at Reception and in the restaurant friendly, welcoming and helpful, even offering me a jug of fresh milk to take to my room, for the cup of tea. Bed linen, towels etc all of a good standard. I'm about to purchase two of their firm pillows, as definitely had two good nights sleep. Premier Inn offer a parking scheme where you can book on "YourParkingSpace", where locals can offer you a space at a competitive rate. 48 hrs of parking in the municipal carpark would have been very expensive.

Stopped here for breakfast just this morning and it was a real busy one - Thankfully your wonderful member of staff ✨ Angel ✨ was on hand from 7am and was handling everything amazingly 😎 She is a damn hard worker and deserves some real recognition! She made sure everything was perfect with my food, offered to grab a drink for me and never walked past without a nice smile ❤️ A proper credit to the team.

Stayed here recently on a one night business trip From the check in staff, to the bar and restaurant I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating Hotel was quiet too and the breakfast was pretty good I stay in a lot of Premier Inn’s with work and this is definitely one of the better ones

The breakfast was very good, although it was a buffet, they freshly cooked the eggs which were superb, a very good value for money breakfast with a big selection to choose from. A big shout out to the staff who were very friendly especially the chef Robert C who was great.

You can always judge the quality of a hotel by the way you are welcomed by the receptionist at check in. Emily looked after us when we arrived, making the whole process first class, and explained everthing that we needed to know about our stay. Our room (Premier Plus) was first class. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean.
