This hotel is really well done. I was visiting Norwich for a night out. From when I checked in, the staff were warm and very welcoming (contrasting heavily with the thunder storm that started moments after I walked through the door). The room was lovely, very clean. I appreciated the artwork on the wall too…not your typical hotel fair! The access was secure and easy with several check point from entering the hotel through to the room. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was wonderful to have fresh vegan sausages too. I travel a lot and most hotels do not cater so well for plant based diets. A special thank you to Kate, Kev, Beth and Emily for making my stay a happy one. I will be back. 😀

Really friendly and helpful staff. Hotel provided exactly what was advertised and expected. Very comfortable bed and pillows and I had a great night’s sleep :-)

My room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good and excellent value but the thing that moved my stay from good to great was the universal friendliness and efficiency of the entire staff led by Zsuzsanna and Kev.

Myself and my partner was checked in by KYRA who also served us during dinner along with one of her colleges EMILY they where both amazing, polite and friendly. We also met the manager TRACEY who was very helpful when wanting purchase the 24hr ultimate Wi-Fi. The room we stayed in was faultless was cleaned to a very high standard was very happy with it during out stay.

Tracey and the team at Duke Street Premier Inn who went above and beyond. Thank you so much. Clean comfortable room without too much street noise. Very convenient central location with everything in walking distance. Will stay again next time in Norwich

Great hotel! I very much enjoyed my visit to this Premiere inn in Norwich, 14-05-2024. Since the moment I walked in the staff was lovely - special mention to Tracey in reception. The room was very clean and I had a restful night of sleep. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety of choices. Thank you very much to all the staff and I will definitely visit you again!

very Noisy, specially the rooms near the garbage area and the rooms facing the street. toilet fan very noisy I'd rather wash my face in the dark then listen to the toilet fan, you have to request 3 times for the room to be cleaned at the reception area otherwise they would not clean it

Great Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and compliant. Breakfast was most enjoyable and set me up for the day exploring the historical sights. The choice of food for the evening meal was good leaving me to enjoy the day without searching for a good restaurant. The room was most suitable and the bed excellent for comfort
