I stayed at this hotel for the entire month of September while on a business trip. The hotel was fantastic. The room was really nice and had everything I needed, the facilities were always kept super clean, and the Table Table restaurant had friendly staff and good food overall. I want to give a big shout-out to the Premier Inn reception staff. Every single one of them was amazing, so friendly and always ready to cater to any need or query I had during my stay. They really made my time here very enjoyable, and I will definitely use the hotel again, whether for business or leisure, because of this reason. I must mention Sarah at reception. She is an absolute gem and a credit to the hotel. From day 1 of my stay, she was the standout best part of my experience. She went above and beyond every single day. Being away from my family for a long period was tough, but Sarah always made time to have a chat whenever I saw her, which made the difficulties of being away from home much easier. Thanks again, Sarah! Well done, Premier Inn. You have a great bunch of staff here.

Good busy location. It's in a night life area but we were OK with that. I didn't appreciate the bar closing at 9pm on Sunday night I think that's not good for a hotel such as this. Also the barman had never heard of a Campari and soda. So probably training issues. In the room was a menu offer of 2 mains for the price of one Mon to Fri 12pm to 5pm. When I tried to order this the young lady said there was no such offer available. Again this looks like poor staff training.

Second stay heare for me travelling from Cumbria to drop my daughter off at uni beutiful location sitting out watching the boats travel up and down the river room clean and has everything you need. The staff are so helpful and freindlay nothing is too much for them we had Debbie and June on reception for us and and anything we needed from iron boards to phone chargers they went out there way to help us thank you already booked for end of October X

The Nelson Hotel is ideally situated for visits to Norwich. Close to the station and easy to get to via the ring road. The accommodation is good and the breakfast excellent. They were also very good at catering for one of our group who has a severe food allergy. Norwich itself is a wonderful city with plenty to do and lots of places to eat out in. Also the walks along the nearby river are beautiful.

Rob was such a kind young man working in the restaurant, he was very very helpful and so kind. He always had a smile on his face and was so lovely, 10/10 would recommend this hotel, the hotel itself is spotless and the staff all-round are very polite and respectful. Will definitely be coming back!

Room very clean and tidy bath and shower worked well.the bed was very comfortable but the additional pillows were needed. The tv worked fine.

This is a lovely hotel, outside it looks run down. But nice and clean inside. I understand that it is due to be done up, if so look forward to my next trip.

Standard of room was poor. The hotel made a shabby impression inside and out. Dirty, carpets smelt. Old shower fixings etc. Paid over £100 per night (breakfast excluded). What a total rip-off. Have been waiting WEEKS for response to my written complaint. It appears the hotel is works swiftly to deduct money from your account but does not believe in offering a customer service. Disappointing and would certainly not recommend!
