Wonderful customer service. We had to cancel at the last minute when our son was injured. They agreed to waive the cancellation fee. It's nice to see a place that puts human kindness above maximizing profit. It shows good management. Will definitely stay there next time we're in the area.

Hotel environment: very new, only opened in 2018, all facilities are very new and clean, the lobby has a public internet area, gym and a mini swimming pool (suitable for children). English breakfast is served free of charge, not very rich, but it's OK. There is an outlet 11 minutes away from the hotel, which can satisfy everyone's shopping needs. Uber is also very convenient in the past. Although it's a half-hour drive from Newton, it's a little bit, but the price is very high. The business hotel managed by Hilton is still very guaranteed! Room: The toilet facilities are very new and clean, with shower gel and shampoo supply, iron and hair dryer available. Please bring your own if you don’t have slippers (a North American hotel feature). The room we booked also has a simple kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, cutlery, tea cups, plates are provided. There are two 1.5-meter beds and a sofa bed in the room, enough for 5 people (for six adults, the sofa bed is a bit crowded. The sofa bed is only about 1.2 meters), the carpets and curtains are very new, and the air conditioning is also very new because of North America The hotel is basically window-type without a split body, the air conditioner is very noisy and loud after a long time, and it is impossible to sleep with the heating or air-conditioning all night. This is a great hotel. Very clean, budget friendly, easy to get to with spacious rooms and close to various amenities like dining, shopping & movies. The staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the vicinity of Boston & it's suburbs.

Very well-appointed, modern rooms, large bathrooms, great meeting space catering. My only complaint was that I came down late one evening to get fresh towels for my room and the front desk associate rolled her eyes and sighed because housekeeping was already closed and she would have to search for towels. Another associate was coming to the front at the same time and I believe she saw her reaction and volunteered to grab them for me. I was shocked and puzzled by this behavior, but didn’t say anything because the other associate went above and beyond to remedy. Considering housekeeping now comes at request only and some of us are still figuring that out, you might want to leave extra toiletries and towels somewhere assessible to the front desk so the staff doesn’t have to go far too find them for guests in need - and most importantly - not be annoyed by such a simple request.

Breakfast time was the best in the hotel. The breakfast attendants, Denzel and Elani, always made sure we had great hot foods and cold selections. I always see them greet every hotel resident that come thru with a ”good morning” and a smile. They also keep the area clean and the food hot and fresh. Denzel and Elani are great assets to the hotel and what will make me come back.

Oct2022: 3⭐: I selected this hotel as a result of needing a place close to the house with easy access to the airport. I selected this hotel through the Bonvoy app based on it fitting the criteria I desired. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until the afternoon hours about 1700. I picked up my spouse from the airport and we decided to get her checked in at the hotel on the way to the hospital down the toll road. I noted that the hotel was difficult to enter and it took a bit of concentration to locate the front entrance of the hotel as it sits over top of the tollway 90. There were two handicapped parking areas available at the check in lot. There is a pay parking garage attached to the hotel and adjacent to the front entrance into the hotel. The parking garage has more handicapped parking areas available and regular parking as well. The areas are not good for large trucks or RVs. The entrance was located and I parked and we went into the hotel. We walked to the front desk and a female worker didn't greet us, didn't say hello, nor did she say welcome to the hotel. The worker said ”give me your id”. My wife was standing there to my side and I looked to see if there was someone else there we had stepped in front of or cut in line. There was no one there but us. My wife said what did she say? Is this the check in desk? I commented that this is the check in window, right? What happened to the smile, good afternoon, welcome to Sheraton, or just hello. DEMANDING my identification upon entering the building was definitely not appropriate. Having a bad day isn't MY fault. I have a choice to choose this location, not the other way around. We finished the check in at the desk, paid for parking, and we went to the room. We dropped off the bags and found that the bathroom door sags and does not properly close as it's hitting the bottom of the frame. One of the window blinds wasn't properly functional. The noise canceling device and the traffic was something to tolerate. Some vehicle drivers passing under the hotel on the tollway, enjoyed throttling the engine. This added noise to an already bad situation. Decent area food spots are walking distance from the hotel.

I arrived early and they were able to find me a room that was available which was very nice. As a Globalist they offered a 4 pm checkout and free breakfast. Got a nice room facing the Charles River. A pleasant stay and very convenient to MIT. Also nice that they now have a shuttle that will take you to Kendall, Central or Harvard Square.

The hotel is strategically located, opposite naitick mail, there is Macy's Department Store, there is food court on the second floor, there is Chilefang and pizza, there is a supermarket Aldi not far away, I am very convenient to buy fruit, and the elevated road to Boston is also very close.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not up to Marriott standards. Yes, the lobby looks refreshed which is probably true but the rooms have not been changed in 20 years. The tub in the bathroom is disgusting. The overall look and feel of the room is dated and tired there are scrapes on the dressers and Wallpaper peeling it's just a hot mess. To the point where I went out and purchased slippers so I didn't have to walk on the carpet. I was kind enough not to request service every day being there for a week but when I asked for service it wasn't done. And when I went to the front desk to ask, they looked at me like I had six heads. The front desk people don't seem to have any hospitality in them at all nor do they clean the room cleaning people. It's such a sad state of a hotel I wouldn't side my worst enemy there after spending a week run don't walk away from here. There is a new hotel on route nine call the aloft, I would recommend you stay there over staying here. There's also a new residence inn in Natick, which would be a better choice.
