The house is between good and average. It was clean. Most beds had a good mattress. The contents of the kitchen were a mixed bag, no lighter and only 2 shot glasses, but with the help of the key lady this was quickly resolved. The location is okay if you

Good accommodation. A bit outdated, but very clean. Very good location to the small ski area Gerlossteinwand. But Gerlos, Hochkrimml and Zell am Ziller are also easily accessible, also by ski bus.

Very shabby holiday apartment! Dishes and cutlery thrown together. Saggy mattresses, toilets without sinks, apartment more like a youth hostel

The description says 100 m to the ski bus stop, but it is at least 500 m to the next ski bus stop. Information on handing over the keys was completely wrong
