Noto Hyakurakusou

This was my third visit. My first visit was so wonderful that I have been looking forward to it every year since then. I am staying in a Jr. Suite, an upper suite, but there have been some unfortunate things that come with age. Firstly, the quality of the food has deteriorated so much every year. This year it was particularly bad and I wasn't even full... The first time I visited, a considerable amount of hairy box crab and Noto beef was served, and the presentation and plating was gorgeous, so I was very impressed, and the dessert in particular was wonderful. This year, the food was something you could get anywhere and the plating was average, so I was very disappointed. I ordered extra sashimi so it looked good, but what if there wasn't any? The amount of food was about the same as the standard. The amenities exclusive to the suite rooms were also gone, the welcome fruit was getting increasingly shabby, and the minibar had been removed. The suite-only lounge also had fewer alcoholic beverages, and the food variety and content had become terrible. It is unthinkable that they would put rice crackers that are sold everywhere in a suite lounge. It has become just an expensive inn whose only selling point is its luxury feel. The only good thing was the newly built sauna, but since not everyone can use it and the fee to use it is quite high, I don't think I would stay in an upper suite just to use it. It may be a good inn for first-time users, but our trip has convinced us that we will never use it again. Very disappointing

This ryokan located on the Noto Peninsula is located within a small cove on the coast. The onsen is the nicest one we have been to in our two week trip to Japan. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the bathroom products present both in the room and in the onsen to the traditional clothing present in each room. Excellent dinner with presentation of dishes from a starred restaurant.

An inn that suddenly appears in an inconvenient place where there are no restaurants. The number of rooms is not so large, but it is the best inn to relax. I am staying in a suite room. Repeat is certain.

Jr. Sweet Myoraku The monaka served at check-in was so delicious that I was impressed. The softness of the shiratama flour and the not-too-sweet salted bean paste were very delicious. Goes well with tea. The private open-air bath was also very good. It was a luxurious moment to enter while looking at Kujuku Bay with a sense of freedom. In the private open-air bath, you can squeeze your own freshly squeezed orange juice and get excited. But...it's only 50 minutes, so I'd appreciate it if you narrowed it down. It may take some time. The underground passage also had an atmosphere and was very exciting. The room was also very nice and had a fruit platter in the room. (Kyoho grapes, gold kyui, mandarin oranges) Drinks such as sake in the refrigerator are also free. In the Jr. Suite Myoraku room, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat drinks, petit hors d'oeuvres, ice cream, and sweets in the premium lounge. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the rice. Does it depend on your plan? If it weren't for the extra abalone (3,300 yen per person), you might not know what the main dish was... I wonder if the cooking is similar or close to the basics. Even though the quantity is small, they bring each item one by one. disappointing. For example, if you bring sashimi and soup together, or if you bring several items at once, the burden on the serving staff will be reduced, and I wonder if I won't have to wait around. The food is the face of the inn, and I wonder if it's a big negative point for an expensive inn. I think it would be exciting if there were more options, such as choosing the main dish. I would like you to provide something that satisfies me without additional dishes. Only for expensive inns. However, it was a very nice place to stay.

Since the typhoon was forecast to hit directly, we decided that it would be difficult to ensure safety 4 days before the scheduled stay, so we canceled. I understand that I will be charged because of the cancellation policy, but I was charged the cancellation fee as scheduled. It is very disappointing because there was no accommodation that was charged due to natural disasters until now. Considering the inconvenience caused by the preparation of ingredients, I consulted several times and made an early decision. I'm very sorry for the cold response, and I don't think I'll visit again on a sunny day. In the past, at another inn, I had to call in advance because the customer's safety was the number one priority. It's a shame because until now, the real pleasure of traveling was not only staying at the inn, but also being able to interact with the warmth of the staff at the accommodation.

I couldn't forget the last time's impression and this time I stayed for several nights. When I asked for a request for my anniversary, I was surprised and grateful for the response that exceeded my imagination. When I told the foreign staff, who were especially fluent in Japanese, "I'm a beginner, but I want to enjoy fishing this time," they taught me kindly and politely like a fisherman. I was very happy with my daughter because I was able to catch it. During the meal, they carefully explained each dish that came out, and it was not only delicious but also a very enjoyable dinner. My whole family became a fan. Next time I'm thinking about autumn. Thank you again for your support. thank you very much.

We went to Hyakurakuso Kanazawa with a group in November 2021. The inn staff were all part-timers, so the customer service was poor. - One of the guests was given the wrong key, and when they entered the room, another guest was there. - We presented photo ID immediately after arriving, but I wonder what the point of this was. - Even though we were having dinner in the large hall, there was no customer service staff, and we had to go to the kitchen every time we wanted to order a drink (we were warned about this). - When we looked at the bill, there were three menu items on one of the rooms that we hadn't ordered. They noticed and refunded them, but I wonder if they always do such sloppy accounting. There was no one who looked like a person in charge from start to finish. All of us thought we would never go there again.

It was my first trip to Ishikawa, and I was drawn to the cave bath. Unfortunately, it was raining so I couldn't see the view from the other observation bath, but I was able to enjoy the cave bath regardless of the weather. The staff at the inn were very polite and I was able to stay comfortably until the very end. The breakfast was neither too much nor too little, so I was full.
