Direttore e personale ristorazione top. Location eccezionale. Qualità cortesia e quiete. Peccato che durante il mio soggiorno dei bambini, presumibilmente giapponesi, sembravano indemoniati in zona piscina gridando e tuffandosi e disturbando così gli altri. Solo questo...credo che occorre prontamente riprendere questa piccola maleducazione, per garantire la pace ed il relax degli ospiti.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in paradiso! Situata su un colle, la location è stupenda, raffinata, elegante, suggestiva, di buon gusto e soprattutto super tranquilla e silenziosa. Circondata da tanto verde, ha una grande piscina e molto comoda. Servizio impeccabile a tutti i livelli. Cucina molto curata e colazione ricca di tante golosità. Ci è spiaciuto lasciare il posto ma ci siamo ripromessi di ritornarci!

This masseria is a gem - secluded on its own hill with views, lots of fruits tree and a sizeable vegetable garden (all organic), olive grove (makes its own very flavorful organic olive oil), a large swimming pool, tennis/basketball court, running path, mini-gym and spa. The breakfast was high quality in the restaurant with magical outdoor seating. The service is excellent and warm. We stayed in the 3BR apartment which is very spacious and luxurious. This is a get away from it all kind of place where you do need a car. Noto, Modica, Ragusa and the seaside are driveable distances to get meals and see the towns. Our most memorable experience is picking fruits and vegetables and eating/cooking them daily! All power is solar generated!

Wir mussten einen Tag vor der geplanten Anreise im Hotel Masseria Della Volpe unsere Reiseroute umplanen. Deshalb habe wir spontan angefragt ob wir schon eine Nacht früher anreisen könnten, ebenfalls haben wir eine Abholmöglichkeit angefragt. Alles wurde für uns vom Hotel her sehr kurzfristig organisiert. Das gesamte Hotelteam war sehr kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. In unserem Arrangement war eine Paarmassage enthalten, wir empfanden die Massage als perfekt. Die Anlage inkl. Zimmer sind sehr schon uns sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Really don’t advise anyone to stay there, not sure how they got good reviews. Staff are dishonest people and service is just bare minimum. The outside looks nice but the rooms are stuffy and our fan was not working. They told us we could tell them if we wanted to switch to air con but when we asked, they said that it’s still considered winter so they can’t switch on the air con. We told them our fan is not working and they just told us to leave the window and door open??? What? Our room is on the ground floor and we are suppose to feel safe doing that? Worse thing is we accidentally left some money in the safe after we left, our fault but we called them and told them about so we drove back to get it, and they actually took about 300 Euros of our cash! Wow! Really, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere if you’re looking for genuine service and honest staff. Really spoilt our trip and we felt so upset after that. Just couldn’t wait to leave the place.

The hotel is of a high standard in all areas. The location is perfect as it is has fabulous views over the Sicilian countryside. Staff were attentive, professional and charming. Our dinner and breakfast were good and what you would expect from a Spa hotel. The hotel was closing the following 24 hours for a photo shoot and was being prepared during our stay. The staff made sure this did not impact our enjoyment. Would stay again and recommend

A very beautiful driveway takes you to the domain of an old farm that must have been idyllic in the past, but unfortunately has now been extensively restored. Some charming walls remained standing, but the rest is without soul, just plastic and glass, and unfortunately all the warmth and coziness has disappeared. Our room had a very charming front garden, but after the door it stopped: a musty smell camouflaged by strong perfume, a leaking shower, the furniture a mish-mash of modern mistakes. There is clearly no question of a luxury resort as stated on the entrance sign here. The restaurant is located in a glass cage with plastic roof slats, heated by smelly heaters. No oxygen and a really antipathetic maitre'd. The food was simply not tasty, but I expected a lot, especially judging by the prices. Biggest disappointment: unheated swimming pool, this was also stated differently on the information brochure in the room. That's no laughing matter in April. Breakfast next disappointment: powdered scrambled eggs, frozen baked rolls, cucumbers that had been cut hours before, probably the night before, cappuccino not tasty, water-based chocolate milk... too bad. We left early. What a disappointment. I would advise against this to everyone.
