Ottima sistemazione per visitare il Galles del sud, offre tutto: camere, pub e ristorante. Le camere sono giuste per dormire e basta, il bar è ottimamente attrezzato e il ristorante è di buon livello. Staff molto gentile e cortese Prezzo adeguato Consigliato

We had a lovely stay staff we're very friendly. Food was good Room was ok but very noisy in the day as there was a continuous fan noise it could also do with a hand shower as it only had a over head one The only thing we could say the stairs staircase walls and corridors and room doors is in need of a good decorating it's all very tired 😫 looking and carpets we stayed before about 4yrs ago and it was the same then.

Great pub accommodation. Quaint room, good size, lovely shower. Clean and comfortable. No lift, but room on first floor so easy for me to access. Great menu in restaurant or bar meal. Porthcawl about a 20 minute walk away. TV in room has no channels tuned in, so I watched my programme on my phone.

An attractive pub and the meals are excellent. The room leaves a lot to be desired. Access is not easy for older people. Our room was cold - no heating. Worst of all, probably because of the generator(?) making a thunderous pulsating noise which lasted until the early hour it was almost impossible to get to sleep.

This was only intended for an overnight stay on a business trip - somewhere to sleep. However, this is a really lovely pub! We stayed for dinner and a few beers, which was both really tasty and excellent value, and breakfast was also first-class. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - just a really enjoyable stay. The room was absolutely fine, bed was comfy and the shower was good. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our second visit and generally very good. The staff are very friendly and attentive. dinner and breakfast was excellent. Parking is very limited combining pub visitors and residents some priority should be given to residents. The room (9)needs a bit of tlc such as a broken shelf in the wardrobe and some stripping of wallpaper. The en suite bathroom is excellent but a grab handle is needed in the walk in shower. Nevertheless will retirn

The staff were friendly enough as in other reviews but as a solo traveller for the first time I felt alone, 3 times I asked for someone to look at the TV as there was initially a picture but after about 30 mins there was no picture but sound but no one came, I added breakfast when I arrived for each morning and again staff seemed friendly but this morning when I went for breakfast I was told they thought there was no one else. The room was clean and a good size however I could hear all the noise from other rooms people talking, plus the rooms were facing the front and the road was busy, I know it's a business and they need things such as deliveries but they were so early I was woken up each morning, also I found parking very difficult as I was out visiting family in the day and it was always full when I came back.

Great people/ Staff and food . Friendly and welcoming . Lovely stay and helpful . Surrounding area was clean and people were friendly . Short 15 min walk to town and beach . Great meals and drinks all enjoyeable. Would definitely stay again and recommend..

Easy check in , pleasant and informative staff. Lovely room overlooking the village green , excellent bed, shower . The meal and drinks were excellent. Lucky to park outside, there is alternative parking around the village. Thanks so much for getting it right
