Premier Inn Nottingham City Centre (Chapel Bar) Hotel

Having overnight stay welcomed at reception room very clean decided to eat at the restaurant was told about problems with food supply by the lovely waitress Mellisa and then had one of the nicest meals ever and reasonable price range for city centre

A huge thankyou to every single member of staff who made our stay so incredible. Before arriving i had been in regular contact with the manager safia who helped ensure everything was in place for my family. My children have some disabilities and she helped immensely to ensure this weekend away was possible for us. The rooms are clean and big enough for what we needed. The location is perfect a small walk down to the shops. The breakfast was great standard & had everything you would expect. The heating did go off so i spoke to the nice girls Kiren and Tasmin in the morning, they said they’d keep an eye on it and they did as i never had any issues after. You can also store your luggage after check out which is another bonus! Thankyou and we will be back !

Having stayed at this hotel at least 15 times before if I’d known there were major roadworks going on outside the hotel I would of stayed elsewhere, the constant pounding/digging of the road surface was very annoying & woke both my wife & myself on both mornings we stayed there, we were not happy.

At the moment, it's slightly noisy outside the hotel due to lots of roadworks right outside, but it didn't spoil my stay and this is not the hotel's fault. I always try to remember to take earplugs when I stay in a city centre so you might want to consider doing this. It doesn't have on-site parking, but there are plenty of car parks closeby and one in particular gives you a discount when you stay at the hotel. As we'd already parked, I didn't get the name of the car park, but details will be on your booking confirmation. The mattress and pillows were fantastic, - I never moved all night! The hotel is ideally placed for the Theatre Royal and City Centre shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful - for one staff member in particular, she had to go over and above what was expected, but I'm not going into any detail on here, as it was raised with the hotel during our stay, and it was resolved. Suffice to say, this will not put me off staying here again - my next trip is already booked for February .

By mistake I had booked 3 instead of 4 nights. Sent emails NO RESPONSE Checked in told to get the 4th night on line Then told no availability then told ask am and pm if a room became available Had to check out and check into another premier inn. Awful customer service
