Very nice place and staffs are very helpful. Everything alright and surrounding environment is good. But I couldn't find the oven (only microwave) in the room. It will be much better if a washing machine is also equipped. The dear park must be visited. I recommend this hotel.

Because of the graduation season, hotel prices are generally higher. When I made the reservation, I saw good reviews and hesitated before making my choice. However, when I arrived, it was much worse than expected. It was similar to a student apartment, with no front desk service and poor hygiene. It felt like the bed sheets had not been changed, and only one set was left for self-service use! A very bad travel experience.

I couldn't enter the hotel when I arrived. I was not given a room number and password. I contacted the online hotel manager and was told that they had been communicating. More than 30 minutes had passed. They gave me a British phone number and asked me to call it myself. I asked the hotel manager. Is this appropriate, after waiting so long for me to contact you myself? The housekeeper told me: "If I can contact you, do I still need to let you contact me yourself?" He said it very beautifully. I had no choice but to contact them myself and waited for a series of communication. Finally, when I applied for a refund, they gave me my room number and password. To be honest, the response from stores in the UK is quite fast. The hotel facilities are completely crude and the hygiene is not at all good. The mattress is very bad, it's the kind of uneven soft spring bed. If you think about it, you can't sleep all night. The sofa bed is just a pull-out sofa, which is the best. Definitely not recommended to stay. It seems to be a few hundred yuan less than a star hotel, but it's really worse. Conscience and practical evaluation.

Room 8- the bathroom had a bit of a strange smell. This is just a comment, no a complaint. The main door doesn't always close properly. These are just little things- overall very good.

My son lived here for the last year (Lewis Wilkinson), place is absolutely amazing , nice, clean rooms , very very good condition indeed, lovely place to live , close to notts university, the maintenance team, and ALL staff there are fantastic, cannot do enough for students, nice people that love there too, well respected staff -the staff go above & beyond -o would highly recommend this company without a doubt -well see you again. Booked 4 nights for business in Nottingham and found this little gem, the rooms are amazing and very modern, they even have a small kitchen which is great but I prefer to eat out. The location is in Canning Circus which is a 2 minute walk to centre of Nottingham where I needed to be. The decor is something I have not experienced in a very competitively priced hotel. I absolutely love the digital keypads with codes sent to my phone. Amazing place.

I don’t know why there is only cutlery for one person , one wine glass, one tumbler , not enough coffee , 3 sachets ? , mild coffee …..who drinks mild coffee !

Great Apartment hotel, 10 min walk from the city centre, great location surrounded by pubs and shops, tesco is only a 5 min walk making it easy to buy groceries for your apartment. The room was very clean and up to standards, was provided with clean towels, body wash, washing up liquid, bin liners, sponge, toilet roll, hand wash, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating.. everything you would expect from a hotel. Note that it is a self catering hotel though so if you are staying for less than 7 nights you will need to get your own things. However I booked for 8 nights and received a free clean halfway through my stay, you will have to ask for this through messages. Always got a quick response when messaging the owner which was great! There is a small garden if you are a smoker with benches so you can sit and chill. The TV is smart so you can watch netflix, amazon prime, YouTube, itv ect or just normal TV which was amazing as I am strictly a amazon prime and netflix girly! The shower has amazing pressure it's literally like you're getting a massage and the bathroom in general feels as though you're in a spa, very modern decor! The only thing I feel could be improved is the temperature of the rooms, especially in winter, I stayed in January and the heating goes to 23° max which I thought was a little low for winter time, especially seeing as the floor is laminate, maybe add a small rug or turn up the heating to 25° so guests can be more comfortable, however I am one of those people who get cold very easy so it may just be me lol! Thank you so much for an amazing stay, will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

No elevator in the building which was not clearly defined in the hotel description and heavy luggage became real problem during check in/out at the second floor room.

The apartment was clean and as it looks on the photos. Check in was easy enough and all done online. Good location for getting into town and felt safe. However, we booked for 3 people and the sofa bed wasn’t made when we arrived. The bathroom is extremely small and there isn’t enough space to use the toilet comfortably, if you are over 6ft you’ll have no chance! Parking - if you go at the weekend it’s free on the street but none available if not.
