We booked a twin room, but at check-in, the front desk initially gave us a key card for a double bed room. The staff was polite and quickly helped us switch to the correct room type. However, the bathroom faucet had an issue—it sprayed water in two streams, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. Overall, the staff was friendly, but the room had some minor issues.

The most recommended hotel in this UK trip, the room is bigger and newer than the hotel in London, and the price booked by Ctrip is relatively cheap. The breakfast is also the best in this UK trip, although the breakfast in the UK is similar, but the quality is better.

Room was very nice and clean. Great customer service throughout my stay, had issues with connecting my phone to the Tv but other than that will be back again.

The location is very good, in the center of Nottingham, convenient to everywhere. Very close to Nottingham Castle, just opposite, there is Tesco across the road, but the parking lot is small, there is no place to park, so I parked in the parking lot opposite.
