Devo fare innanzitutto i complimenti alla receptionist Lorenza, per aver effettuato il check-in di un gruppo numeroso in modo veloce e con professionalità. Al personale di sala, sorridenti e routine ad esaudire le nostre richieste. La cena è stata servita veloce. Inoltre era tutto molto buono. Le camere sono pulite, ben arredate e accoglienti. Da consigliare sicuramente

Esperienza negativa! Impossibile riposare a causa di una festa con gruppo musicale nel ristorante sottostante alla camera. Bagno vecchio con tubo della doccia rotto e scarico wc incantato. Cena no comment! Per fortuna materassi comodi e colazione accettabile.

Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra breve vacanza a Nova Siri, dove abbiamo alloggiato al Best Western Hotel Imperiale! Che vacanza meravigliosa abbiamo avuto! Sicuramente voglio tornare l'anno prossimo. Magari con la famiglia allargata e i nipoti. Tutte le nostre esperienze possono essere riassunte come eccellenti e grandi! Cibo, strutture, camere, intrattenimento - abbiamo apprezzato tutto! La nostra gratitudine va a tutti i membri dello staff. Grazie di cuore a tutti!

Persone del posto ci hanno accompagnato nel ristorante di questo hotel per il pranzo (di lavoro). È stato a base di pesce, con antipasto, primo e secondo e patatine fritte. A completare il tutto acqua, vino bianco e coca.Tutto davvero ben cucinato,presentato bene,saporito il pesce; i miei colleghi hanno apprezzato particolarmente il piccante messo a tavola.Personale super gentile,locale pulito. Assolutamente consigliato!

Subpar hotel. Stayed here on a Collette Tour. Would never stay here on my own. Breakfast was absolutely horrible. Eggs were cold. Scrambled, soft boiled, all were served cold. Awful. Asked for vodka and all they had was mint vodka or melon vodka!!!

Tutto perfetto. Stanze pulite, grandi e con ogni confort. Letti e cuscini comodissimi. Spazi comuni ampi e ben arredati. Ristorante top: cibo ottimo (colazione abbondante e varia, piatti di pesce e sushi freschissimi, carne cotta alla brace alla perfezione, pizza davvero buona) e personale educato, competente e attento ad ogni esigenza (sopratutto il maitre di sala). Il servizio navetta per la spiaggia efficientissimo, l'autista sempre disponibile. In più, i piccoli ospiti a 4 zampe sono ben accetti nella struttura (anche al ristorante) e in spiaggia, dove possono fare anche il bagno.

L'Hotel Imperiale a Nova Siri è un elegante albergo con camere moderne, personale cortese e ottimi servizi, tra cui spiaggia, servizio navetta e ristorante. La cucina vi lascerà senza parole devo dire veramente un loro punto di forza. Spazia dal pesce alla carne, dalla pizza al sushi. La posizione è perfetta per una vacanza rilassante vicino alla spiaggia e per esplorare la Basilicata.
